    Our Fusion was dropped off and checked in with no problems. The waiting area was equipped with drinks and snacks which is always nice for those waiting for their cars to be ready. We received a call from Stuart, our Service Writer, who explained in simple terms the need for additional repairs. Our additional wait time was agreed to and the car delivered as promised. We have been customers of Vista for over twenty years and plan on remaining twenty more.

    All staff intelligent, kind, and helpful! We bought our 2011 Ford Escape at Vista Ford, and we buy all of our brand new vehicles at Vista Ford. We always have our cars serviced at Vista Ford. The employees are caring, and are simply the best!

    I will always bring my cars to Vista. I have always purchased Fords from Vista. The one thing I would change if I had any say so would be to provide a loaner car for vehicles that are in need of a recall repair. As a single mother of 4 I can not go without a car for any amount of time. I understand it is customary for a loaner car to be provided for more than 1 day of repairs but in this instance, I was told the repair can not be done on the weekend. I work during the week and have kids to shuffle to and from sports and school.

    Ken Nazarian, of Vista Ford Lincoln in Woodland Hills has been handling all of my service needs since I purchased my 2012 Lincoln MKZ. He consistently delivers excellent service. At my last visit, I mentioned that I was looking for a car for my son and Ken even volunteered outstanding feedback on a few Ford models that I was considering. As a result of his feedback, I have narrowed my search to either a Ford Edge or Escape. He is a great representative of the Vista dealership.
  • Great service, poor reception staff, horrible shuttle services

    Greg the service guy was fantastic. Super fast and friendly. There was absolutely no fuss and no muss. Great overall. However your service desk reception staff is lacking in customer service. I stood at the counter waiting for assistance as the two women chatted and ate their breakfast. Helping me seemed to be an inconvenience to them. Also the courtesy shuttle is seriously disorganized. My appointment was at 8:15am and I waited over an hour for the courtesy shuttle. I finally was so tired of waiting that I called Uber to get a ride on my own. After numerous inquiries as to where the shuttle was and what was taking so long, after an hour of waiting we were told that it would be there in 5-6 minutes because the driver was getting gas. Shouldn't the gas be filled PRIOR to starting the day? This seems like very poor planning. Not to mention that the car did not show up within 5-6 minutes. At that point I called Uber and they arrived to pick me up about 15 minutes later and the shuttle still had not shown up.

    I took my 2015 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid for service yesterday May 27. Ken Nazarian from the service department helped me and was nice and respectful. The shuttle was on time - both on pick up and drop off. It was overall a good experience yesterday, I hope it will continue next time I come back.

    I own a 2012 F-150, and I came in for an oil change. I called and was able to bring it right away, didn't expect that and it really was helpful. I couldn't be more please with the service and staff at Vista Ford.

    I have purchased two vehicles from Vista, over the years. The sales people are friendly, polite, and helpful. Each time I drove away thinking we both (Vista and me)got a fair deal. The service department is excellent! I took my F150 to another (closer)dealer to have a spare key programmed from a blank I had purchased. They wanted $200 to program the key, and said it would take an hour. I decided to check Vista. The service writer programmed the key in about 15 seconds while I stood there, and didn't charge a cent! Great to have a straightforward and honest dealership to take care of my automotive and service needs! I have recommended Vista to many friends. Don Sandler 5/25/15

    Family run establishments are to come by. Vista does it right, from the top all the way down. The new service drive is very nice and the service is second to none. Looking forward to my next oil change.

    We were so happy with our previous Ford Edge that we opted for the same car. Our salesman, Bryon, worked hard to find the car for us. In fact, he had the car brought in from another dealership 45 minutes away. Everything about our leasing experience went smoothly. We would not hesitate to lease or purchase another car from Vista Ford again in the future.

    Overall service was good, as to be expected for a general service at 15k miles. I appreciate to see the renovation moving forward, the dealership was clearly outdated and did not align from a visual perspective of the new look of the Ford brand/image.
