Greg the service guy was fantastic. Super fast and friendly. There was absolutely no fuss and no muss. Great overall. However your service desk reception staff is lacking in customer service. I stood at the counter waiting for assistance as the two women chatted and ate their breakfast. Helping me seemed to be an inconvenience to them. Also the courtesy shuttle is seriously disorganized. My appointment was at 8:15am and I waited over an hour for the courtesy shuttle. I finally was so tired of waiting that I called Uber to get a ride on my own. After numerous inquiries as to where the shuttle was and what was taking so long, after an hour of waiting we were told that it would be there in 5-6 minutes because the driver was getting gas. Shouldn't the gas be filled PRIOR to starting the day? This seems like very poor planning. Not to mention that the car did not show up within 5-6 minutes. At that point I called Uber and they arrived to pick me up about 15 minutes later and the shuttle still had not shown up.
