The team at Vista Ford were incredible. The receptionist greeted my wife and I when we arrived at the dealership. We didn't know exactly which Mach E we wanted but our salesman Alex guided us the entire time. We looked at a few different… trims before we went on our test drive. When we got back to the dealership the GM personally came out and greeted us and asked if he could do anything to make our visit any better. We were both super stoked about how polite and professional everyone was. It truly was the best car buying experience either of us ever had. I would defiantly recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Danny O'Kane treated my wife and I like old friends from the moment we walked on the lot. He patiently allowed us to test… drive multiple vehicles until we found the one we wanted. Once we were handed off to financials to finish the purchase he had the vehicle detailed and waited until 10:30 PM to make sure we were absolutely satisfied with our purchase. What started out as a great experience (the salesman being very cheerful and accommodating), ended with me being insulted by the salesman and being told that… I was ripped off on the vehicle that I was trying to trade in. Not to mention that I wasn't even able to negotiate the selling price of the vehicle that I was trying to purchase. He threw the numbers at me as if it to say "take it or leave it." One of the owners came out and was rather cocky and rude. Do not go to this dealership. What's funny is that they say they pride themselves on being family owned. Well so is Galpin...and they didn't treat me like that. I took my business to Galpin and they treated me with respect. I did purchase a car from Galpin...and you should too! Stay clear of this place unless you don't mind being treated like you're an idiot.Easy Process
