The team at Vista Ford were incredible. The receptionist greeted my wife and I when we arrived at the dealership. We didn't know exactly which Mach E we wanted but our salesman Alex guided us the entire time. We looked at a few different… trims before we went on our test drive. When we got back to the dealership the GM personally came out and greeted us and asked if he could do anything to make our visit any better. We were both super stoked about how polite and professional everyone was. It truly was the best car buying experience either of us ever had. I would defiantly recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

I was given several no pressure recommendations....shuttle picked me up...you know, your drivers are really nice................the lady in the office was very busy but she's so efficient she didn't even break a sweat......thanks to the guys who fixed my car and to whom ever washed the three months of dirt off my Explorer.........question #2 above.....does that mean you can take your vehicle to Vista even if you didn't buy it there? ...............thanksVista Ford Rocks

I live in Simi and have taken my car to Simi Ford and will never take it back there again, I prefer Vista hands down.… The service managers and employees are always SO helpful, courteous, and explain everything in full detail. I especially want to say thank you to Stewart, he is wonderful and a pleasure to work with. The cashier/front desk employees are super nice and even the shuttle drivers. I ended up selling my 2012 focus for a 2014 manual trans focus and love it. I will definitely be bringing my new car to Vista for servicing.Great service
