I have brought my focus into Vista Ford a number of times for the known transmission issues association with 2012 models. I live in Simi and have taken my car to Simi Ford and will never take it back there again, I prefer Vista hands down. The service managers and employees are always SO helpful, courteous, and explain everything in full detail. I especially want to say thank you to Stewart, he is wonderful and a pleasure to work with. The cashier/front desk employees are super nice and even the shuttle drivers. I ended up selling my 2012 focus for a 2014 manual trans focus and love it. I will definitely be bringing my new car to Vista for servicing.
