Poor communication
by Mysiner on 07/11/2023Digital communication of services was not backed up by personnel. I was unable to contact the dealership before work was completed. All calls were directed to an off site facility that had zero contact with the actual dealership where I had… left my car. Very friendly people but the lack of communication led to me paying for services I didn’t need. I will not be returning here and definitely recommend finding a different dealership for regular maintenance.Quick

Hello Subaru- terrific service
by Randall on 06/09/2023We have 3 Subarus in our extended family and I have been driving and having cars serviced in California for over 50 years... but the service at Hello Subaru over these last 2 weeks has been the most impressive I have ever experienced.… Driving our 124k mile Forestor up highway 5 from LA the dashboard lit up red with 7 warning lights from transmission oil temp to disabled abs. We pulled off to side streets, searched for a Dealership and pulled into Hello Subaru. The service and lounge area was the cleanest and best laid out I have ever seen. It was like a hotel lobby. Most importantly the service people were very approachable, knowledgeable about what might have given out on the car, and genuinely concerned. Ingrid was absolutely fantastic. They put the car up and verified the transmission problem and researched special circumstance powertrain warranties in less than an hour. The issue required keeping the car for 8-9 days but they provided a car with unlimited mileage for free except for gas and found a service extension with Subaru making the service free. My wife and I got 2 waters and some chips from the free kitchen, loaded up the loaner, and were on our way. Hile you never want to have something like this happen, the whole experience with this Dealer and the Service staff was top notch.Hello Randall, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your incredible experience with Hello Subaru of Valencia. Great experience

I initially went there a couple of months ago to trade in my car, unfortunately I wasn’t aware that VW would not allow a third party to purchase my vehicle. Emilio and Freddie… did everything they could to try to sell my car but unfortunately for me, they were not able too. But, they made a promise to me to keep the same deal if I were to come back. They worked so hard to make this deal that I did feel obligated to purchase from them. So fast forward a couple of months I went back and I got my car. Thanks guys for your diligence and hard work. I will definitely refer my friends and family.Customer

She answered questions and sent a walk around video of the truck before we came to see it. She was a great communicator… throughout the process. Chad and Aimee made the loan process and paperwork streamlined and painless.
