Poor communication

Digital communication of services was not backed up by personnel. I was unable to contact the dealership before work was completed. All calls were directed to an off site facility that had zero contact with the actual dealership where I had left my car. Very friendly people but the lack of communication led to me paying for services I didn’t need. I will not be returning here and definitely recommend finding a different dealership for regular maintenance.
