Then Monday they said the part to be replaced was still under warranty and now a loaner car was available. Overall good, but pricey (it's a dealership) and always behind schedule
by CaliGuy on 02/26/2024I've taken my vehicle here a few times now, each time the bill has been more than expected....even for a dealership. However, I like to keep my car service under the dealership for the first few years. Each time, I've also either had to… wait for the car or it is ready later than expected. Their scheduling service (off site) doesn't really have any connection to how busy the day/team might be. This last time was the first time everything was looked at. Previous times, I had to prioritize items in order for the vehicle to be done by end of the day.
