To say we lucked out pulling Junior Garcia as our salesman is a vast understatement . From start to finish , he guided us… along every inch of the way in choosing , customizing and purchasing our very first luxury Lexus SUV hybrid . The TX 500h Luxury is a most amazing automotive creation. It’s only surpassed by the fine product specialist skills of Junior and his equally stellar and talented team finance partner , Steven Li. Proud to say we now own 2 Lexus automobiles . He went out of his way to accommodate our requests. His communication skills were stellar. Never… any pressure. There was no back and forth with negotiations. This is what sets Lexus of Marine apart from other dealership and the people of LM is the main reason I drive 50 miles, skipping other… dealership, to get to them. Product knowledge not great
by marinbuyer on 12/15/2024updated 12/20/2024I purchased a UX300h fsport only to learn the next morning from the dealer that this particular VIN (from Japan) would not allow for a hitch. Having a hitch is crucial to me since I ride an e bike. The sales tax and registration had been… submitted electronically when I purchased and I was told could not be cancelled. So, for me to buy a car that met my needs I had to sell the UX back to the dealer as a used car (with 300 miles on it) and lost the taxes, reg and price reduction on the car or about $7500. I do not think it was my responsibility to know that VIN wouldn’t accept a hitch, so it became a very expensive transaction for me — the approximate $7500 loss on the UX plus the additional expense to upgrade to a replacement car.Hi there, I would like to get some more details about your experience with us. I was extremely elated with my purchase and appreciate Tony's efforts in making my purchase as quick and easy as possible. He went above and beyond and made sure I was content and… understood everything about the car prior to making the purchase. He was patient, mild- mannered, and very professional. Lexus of Marin exceeded my expectations in terms of the car buying process. I was there at 11 AM exactly and out the door a little before noon. Last time I purchased a car it was back in 2020 and it took over two hours. by Jihirschpa on 10/02/2024The procedure when purchasing the new car was a bit back and forth as always, no surprise there, but was extremely courteous and pleasant throughout and enabled us to purchase the car we wanted at an acceptable price. We are very pleased… even two days later - no buyer's remorse at all. And thus would recommend this dealership to others wanting to buy a new Lexus, with hopes (without guarantee) that their experience would be as good as ours was. Sales person Lyana Lee was very helpful and made the purchase most pleasant.
