The procedure when purchasing the new car was a bit back and forth as always, no surprise there, but was extremely courteous and pleasant throughout and enabled us to purchase the car we wanted at an acceptable price. We are very pleased even two days later - no buyer's remorse at all. And thus would recommend this dealership to others wanting to buy a new Lexus, with hopes (without guarantee) that their experience would be as good as ours was. Sales person Lyana Lee was very helpful and made the purchase most pleasant. She took the time to show us various aspects of the car that we needed to know and remains a resource if we have questions as we start to drive the car on a daily basis.
