Services done on my car that I rejected
by Abby VO on 01/12/2025I brought my car in for minor services. I was called after a few hours and they told me my car needed $6,000 worth of repairs. I obviously wasn’t prepared for that. I let John know I wanted to cancel all service and bring the car home until… I could figure out a financial plan for these repairs. When I went to pick up the car (after FOUR DAYS), $400 in services had been done. It’s so frustrating that phone conversations aren’t recorded and John can claim “we weren’t understanding each other on the phone”. He admitted to me that he proceeded with the alignment despite what we talked about, because he was going to “offer me a complimentary alignment once the other repairs were done”. I prefer taking my car to the dealership because it receives great care. However, this shady experience will surely keep me far away.Hi Abby, we regret to hear that you had this experience with us. Due Bill not honored
by Mclaren Spencer on 10/17/2021I purchased a used vehicle from Pacific Honda in August. I received a "Due Bill" to have a part replaced on the interior of the door. No big deal. After not hearing anything for a week I followed up. I was given the run around by my sales… person. I follow up for the next few weeks with no real answer of any sort. I always get a "I'll call you back." Never did receive a call back of any sort. Over a month after purchase I finally get through to a manager. Turns out the part was never ordered. Dope. He says they'll get it ordered and give me a call. Never did. I replaced the part myself last week. Cost $50 and took me about 3 minutes. Thanks guys. Appreciate the service. Absolute trash. Way to uphold your end of a agreed upon contract.Quick oil change and service

Sales Managers Andrea and Mark were great. Andrea did not give up on me and persevered to get a deal… that worked for my financial situation. Mark was great to answer all of my leasing questions as this is my first leased car.Professional Service
