Dealership Service Review
I brought my car in for minor services. I was called after a few hours and they told me my car needed $6,000 worth of repairs. I obviously wasn’t prepared for that. I let John know I wanted to cancel all service and bring the car home until I could figure out a financial plan for these repairs. When I went to pick up the car (after FOUR DAYS), $400 in services had been done. It’s so frustrating that phone conversations aren’t recorded and John can claim “we weren’t understanding each other on the phone”. He admitted to me that he proceeded with the alignment despite what we talked about, because he was going to “offer me a complimentary alignment once the other repairs were done”. I prefer taking my car to the dealership because it receives great care. However, this shady experience will surely keep me far away.
