    We purchased our car thru the Costco program. Gary, our salesman was waiting in the parking lot upon our arrival. He was extremely courteous, polite, helpful and knowledgeable of his product line. I had previous negative contacts with this dealership and was somewhat ill at ease. They have made obvious changes to the dealership which was explained by Gary & shown by others at the business.

    We purchased a certified Honda Civic. Our dealer, Mike Fein, was knowledgeable, courteous, and low-pressure. Overall, prices are good and minimum hassle.

    Wife took her car in for oil change and tire rotation. She had a discount coupon for the oil change. She finds out that the car takes only synthetic oil which of course is more expensive. The Service Rep did offer a discount though. Why does the Dealership send us coupons that are not valid for her vehicle? Misleading, I would say.

    Services at Poway Honda are excellent. They are fast, fair, and honest. This is the dealer I highly recommend above other deals for Honda brand.

    Went in for a issue with the rotors in my vehicle. They got right on it and fixed the issue. Jazmine explained everything to me, and was patient with my questions. Amazing service! For sure my go to place for my Honda! Thank you!

    I went to poway Honda to look at a used car. I met A salesperson there and he was very nice and knowledgable. He asked me if I'd be interested in a new car and I said that I couldn't afford payments on a new car. Long story short, he got me into a new car at very reasonable payments that work with my budget. I recommend Poway Honda to anyone looking for new or used car.

    I ended up leasing a Honda Civic EX. My salesperson wasn't pushy and listened to me when I said I just wanted an estimate. I noticed when I shopped around other dealerships they really kind of do anything to get you out with the car. My salesperson was like here is my card and he called next day and I took time to do research on my own. When I looked at the website I could see the features, specs, pics. It helped me to know if this was the car for me. I test drove it twice before making a decision. I felt like he leased this car himself. He really liked what he was selling. I was kind of thrown off by the finance person selling a maintenance plan. I am a person who mainly drives my car to work and only do errands so I got the basic plan. Its great it's a option but I rather get at cost if I am prepaying for this basically. It wasn't a normal signing the papers experience. I honestly got this car a lot earlier than I wanted but I didn't want to invest any more into my old car. I think this is a great car! Once I got on the highway I was really amazed.

    I was having an issue with my tpms light, they brought my car in right away. I was back on the road in minutes and Shandie gave me some insight on the tpms sensors and how they work. I would definitely recommend using Poway Honda for service again in the future, thanks Shandie

    Poway Honda always provide good service and the service manager Christopher Melton made sure that I was informed on the status of the warranty repair being performed on my car. He also made the mechanic talk to me to address the problems I was having with the trunk lid of my car. Very happy with the services provided by Poway Honda.

    Bought w used civic in this dealership and it was the worst car buying experience I ever had. First they are giving me a run around on a commitment that they made but still haven't honored ( still waiting for my head rest)I only had the car for more than two weeks and during those two weeks I had to bring the car to service department twice already. The first time I brought it I went home thinking everything was fixed but when I drove the car the next day I still have the same problems so I took the car back to them they fixed it ( waited 5 hours). A hour after I left the dealership I receive a call from them asking if I could bring the car back because the technician left a tool in the car and he wants to check it I told them I can't, I got appointments. That night I went to pick up my friend he asked me why is my car making a strange sound when he checked it the the axle but is loose!!!! The next day I called them the manager that I talked to told me in a sarcastic tone that "it's really not unsafe even if the axle nut is loose your tires won't come off with just the axle nut loose" and I should bring back the car so they could fix it. I never had this problem with Honda Escondido or Lemon Grove. Honda Poway Their customer service suck! Save yourself the trouble your business and money will better used in another Honda dealership....

  • Forgot to provide wheel lock key

    I purchased a new 2014 Accord from this dealer. All is well until I got a flat tire and need to take a tire off. I noticed they did not provide the wheel lock key. When I call the dealer and ask them to provide me with a wheel lock key with no charge, they insisted that I lost the key. This is not the right attitude to treat a customer.

    Moved to this area a few years ago and discovered Poway Honda. They have been servicing both my daughter's and my Honda cars since. Excellent service. Quick and courteous. They sometimes suggest other possible services for preventive maintenance but don't scare you into getting it done. Costs are average and even lower if you use their coupons that they send in the mail. Pete is my service advisor and always treats me honestly. He is also always dead on with the estimates. I have no complaints with their services and therefore highly recommend them.

    Over the past couple of years I have had a Honda Civic Hybrid and an Odyssey serviced by Poway Honda and have always been pleased with the work of their service department and the way I have been treated. I have never had a problem. They are professionals - always courteous, thoughtful and efficient. Their prices also seem reasonable. I usually try to deal with a service rep named Pete Hayes, a middle aged gentleman who really knows Hondas and is a straight talking guy. He is the guy I always ask for when arranging for service or warranty work. He is tops! When he is not there the other reps I have dealt with have also been helpful and make sure the job has been done right. They also return your car to you after having washed and dried it. Its a small thing but it is nice. I am very impressed with the professionalism of this service department.

    Bought a new Honda Accord from this dealer and after one week had issues with the hard seats in the car. Went back to the dealer and the GM stated "This is California and I dont have to help you"! "It was fine when you drove it off the lot"! Stay away from this dealership, they are extremely rude!
