Bad customer service except the service department
by Alexsaundra Coston on 07/17/2025I purchased a 2021 Nissan Ultima back in January in February. I get a call stating that I have to come in and sign more paperwork because the loan that I wanted for 72 months they didn’t offer it at the credit union that they sent it to,… and they should’ve checked that out before they sent it to them Came back in February to sign paperwork. They ran my credit without my knowledge in finance Jhoseline Lopez Cisneros. Was who helped in the finance department. She told me all I had to do was to come in and sign new paperwork. My credit should not have been ran again. It was less than 30 days and I have a cycle score of over 800. She did not advise me on the phone that my credit was going to be re-ran and when I asked her about it, she looked dumbfound it like she didn’t know what I was talking about so my credit score dropped that’s the first thing. The second thing is she told me that I was about a warranty. I got an extended warranty and I was supposed to get a maintenance package that would cover brakes. Tires windshield wipers. Anything maintenance when I go to take my car in they tell me the only thing that I have is a tire protection And that only covers if you get a blowout on the freeway, I didn’t need that Joshlyn did not take any accountability of what she had did. I asked for it to be canceled that maintenance agreement and she told me that I had a separate one for tires which made no sense I asked for that to be canceled Way back in May. It is now July also I had to get involved with assistant manager Kyhan Ladleur i’ll bring the car in. We’ll go ahead and do you a free car wash and oil change? I did it as of today, July 17, 2025. My tire maintenance has not been canceled. I signed it way back in May. I called my credit union. They said they haven’t received a credit. I called the tire maintenance customer service. They said they have never received anything. I emailedJoshlyn and Cayenne and ask them to send me the confirmation where it was sent to. They don’t want to do that because they didn’t send it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone purchase a car at All Star Ford in Pittsburg, Ca. 94565. You can’t trust anyone at All Star ford. I wouldn’t recommend my worse enemy to go patronize All Star Ford. When you come in the door oh you can’t beat them off you. But when you have a problem they don’t want to help or take there time. I have numerous emails and texts showing my concerns. If you do go there make sure you tape the conversation and have them follow up with a email with what you purchase. Because they are quick to have you sign here and and sign there . They give you the pamphlets and brochures but then it’s not what you purchased. It’s really sad that you can’t go and buy a car from All Star Ford and feel good about your purchase with the warranty and extra plans you purchased. Jhosseline Looez Cisneros should not be in finance she doesn’t take any accountability. She ran my credit again without my authorization and when I asked her why did you do that? It was a moment of silence. Also the assistant manager Kyan Lafleur I had been emailing him for over a month. Today he called with an excuse. Go to Concord or any other city but all Star ford in Pittsburg. I will be contacting my attorney22 F-250

by BenCisneros on 01/24/2018*NOTE Less than One star- No one at this dealership has integrity or follow through. Its been three weeks I've been waiting to get my GPS chip. Everyone blames everyone else and there is little to no transparency. I was hoping for more… from this team as opposed to San Leandro but that was expecting too much. I will be writing a formal complaint to the Owner, who probably has less concern as he allows this poor level of service from his team/ or he just ties they're hands. In any case be warned!Best deal and experience!
by StephenG on 06/06/2017Requested an online quote for a Ford Explorer Sport from 3 dealerships. The first to respond was Tuli Taufoou, Internet Sales Manager of All Star Ford. I got a text then a call from him within 5 minutes. He was very quick, knowledgeable,… professional, approachable and very pleasant to deal with. He patiently laid down all the options based on my price point. The transaction went very smoothly. When my vehicle arrived the following day, I didn’t have a ride to the dealership. Tuli offered to pick me up even on his day off. A week later, there was a minor discrepancy in the contract. Instead of me going to the dealership to re-sign the papers, Tuli brought the contract to me. Now, that’s great after market service! The finance manager, Lucas Green and the customer relations officer, Staci Hardt were both very nice and professional as well. By the way, did I mention that All Star Ford beat the price of all the other dealerships? Kudos to Tuli and All Star Ford. You, definitely, have gained a loyal customer.All Star Ford and Sales Manager Viva Velez are TERRIFIC!

I logged on to their website and Viva Velez was the customer representative online at the time. We… chatted about 5 minutes and I decided to drive 45 miles to visit the dealership. Viva and I began discussing my interest in trading in my Focus for a brand new Focus and she immediately began helping me pick out a new one. I test drove 2 vehicles and finally decided on the 2016 Ford Focus Titanium. The financing of the new Focus was fast and her service was extremely friendly and thorough. Viva is absolutely the best Sales Manager that I have ever dealt with. Viva took the time to listen to my needs and worked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I will recommend All Star Ford to anyone who is searching for a quality vehicle and an awesome buying experience. This is my third Ford Focus and I just love these cars. The Ford Focus is a great looking and stylish sedan with super gas mileage. On the highway I have gotten 40 mpg when I take trips to L.A. and Montana! I can even fit my whole drumset in this car. Ford has always taken care of me when I have encountered any problems and I look forward to putting 100,000 plus miles on my new Focus.
