Bad customer service except the service department

I purchased a 2021 Nissan Ultima back in January in February. I get a call stating that I have to come in and sign more paperwork because the loan that I wanted for 72 months they didn’t offer it at the credit union that they sent it to, and they should’ve checked that out before they sent it to them Came back in February to sign paperwork. They ran my credit without my knowledge in finance Jhoseline Lopez Cisneros. Was who helped in the finance department. She told me all I had to do was to come in and sign new paperwork. My credit should not have been ran again. It was less than 30 days and I have a cycle score of over 800. She did not advise me on the phone that my credit was going to be re-ran and when I asked her about it, she looked dumbfound it like she didn’t know what I was talking about so my credit score dropped that’s the first thing. The second thing is she told me that I was about a warranty. I got an extended warranty and I was supposed to get a maintenance package that would cover brakes. Tires windshield wipers. Anything maintenance when I go to take my car in they tell me the only thing that I have is a tire protection And that only covers if you get a blowout on the freeway, I didn’t need that Joshlyn did not take any accountability of what she had did. I asked for it to be canceled that maintenance agreement and she told me that I had a separate one for tires which made no sense I asked for that to be canceled Way back in May. It is now July also I had to get involved with assistant manager Kyhan Ladleur i’ll bring the car in. We’ll go ahead and do you a free car wash and oil change? I did it as of today, July 17, 2025. My tire maintenance has not been canceled. I signed it way back in May. I called my credit union. They said they haven’t received a credit. I called the tire maintenance customer service. They said they have never received anything. I emailedJoshlyn and Cayenne and ask them to send me the confirmation where it was sent to. They don’t want to do that because they didn’t send it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone purchase a car at All Star Ford in Pittsburg, Ca. 94565. You can’t trust anyone at All Star ford. I wouldn’t recommend my worse enemy to go patronize All Star Ford. When you come in the door oh you can’t beat them off you. But when you have a problem they don’t want to help or take there time. I have numerous emails and texts showing my concerns. If you do go there make sure you tape the conversation and have them follow up with a email with what you purchase. Because they are quick to have you sign here and and sign there . They give you the pamphlets and brochures but then it’s not what you purchased. It’s really sad that you can’t go and buy a car from All Star Ford and feel good about your purchase with the warranty and extra plans you purchased. Jhosseline Looez Cisneros should not be in finance she doesn’t take any accountability. She ran my credit again without my authorization and when I asked her why did you do that? It was a moment of silence. Also the assistant manager Kyan Lafleur I had been emailing him for over a month. Today he called with an excuse. Go to Concord or any other city but all Star ford in Pittsburg. I will be contacting my attorney
