    Thorson was a very nice dealership with very well trained staff. The staff was friendly and made sure to tend to the customers needs. The gentleman who sold the car to me was sure to follow up with a phone call to make sure that everything was going well and that I was enjoying the vehicle. I really appreciate the great customer service.

    Great service, Vince Carpenter took very good care of us. He even suggested a great place to have lunch while they fixed our car. Everyone we have come in contact with has been friendly, we feel right at home here.

    Always a good experience. Often a great experience. My favorite Service writer, Joe, is always attentive when I arrive and wants to be sure he understands the issue if there is one. If it is just a routine servie he always makes sure to check for items which I may have overlooked, but it is always my decision on what work will be done. Joe respects my knowledge and listens to what I have to say , but is very knowlegable and will discuss issues fully before the course of action is decided.

  • My Tire was Screwed

    There was a screw in one of my tires that caused a slow leak. The service on my car could not be completed until a new tire could be installed. The tire was not available until leter and I had a doctor's appointment. You supplied me with a car to go to my appointment. When I returned my car was almost ready.

    Everything went smooth with the reason for my visit. Was greeted pleasantly thanks to Vince and "ASH". I was notified promptly when my truck was ready for pick up. There was a little confusion in the cashier's office but it worked out okay. Thanks again guys I already have and will continue to recommend your dealership to friends and family. But I have to say I have to give 99% of the credit to Ash from the first time I called till even today he has blown all my car purchase nightmares out of the water and hit a home run.

  • Busy day for service, but got in/out

    BUSY SATURDAY. I made an appointment for 8 a.m. got there at 7:20 a.m. Astrid explained the time, I said it was fine, I was surprised that at 8:45 a.m. it was ready. Complimentary donuts and coffee was available. Only had a donut. Thank you. I will be coming back for sure to have Astrid take care of my vehicle.

    My experience at your dealership was above and beyond what I thought car buying was about thanks to my Sales Associate Ash Edwards no pressure no stress fulfilled all my requests and went out of his way to explain so many features of my beautiful 2015 GMC Canyon before I drove off the lot. Not to mention finding one to my specific expectations at another dealership instead of having to wait 3 months to order one. Thanks again Ash and Thorson your the best.   • Replace container for window washing

    Replaced container for water & chemicals to wash windows on 2 year old car. Came in last week to replace water & chemicals as computer indicated empty. While replacing water & chemicals, Vince saw that there was a leak in the container. Container ordered, arrived day later, but Monday was the first opportunity I had to get back to Thorson's service. I waited comfortably in your waiting room while container was replaced & appreciated the complimentary coffee!

  • I Love My Buicks

    I had decided to give my 2006 Lucerne with only 46,000 miles on it to my daughter. I came in to look at the 2015 models and with the help of Luke Watson I have leased a 2015 LaCrosse. I have always had wonderful experiences with my Buick's evaer since I learned to drive on my parents Buick 65 years ago. Thank you Luke and also Vince Carpenter for your help in the Service Dept.

    Our salesman Greg was excellent. We met with him prior to our decision to buy. He was knowledgable, helpful in showing different options available, and was not 'pushy' at all. When we were ready to buy we went through him and he was able to get the car we wanted. We have always had good dealings with Thorson in Pasadena.
