My favorite Service writer, Joe, is always attentive when I arrive and wants to be sure he understands the issue if there is one. If it is just a routine servie he always makes sure to… check for items which I may have overlooked, but it is always my decision on what work will be done. Joe respects my knowledge and listens to what I have to say , but is very knowlegable and will discuss issues fully before the course of action is decided.Thank you for continually choosing us for your vehicles service needs and for leaving us this feedback! Joe is a valuable member of our team and were ecstatic to hear that he is always able to accommodate your needs and provide you with a good experience. My Tire was Screwed
by buschie on 03/07/2015There was a screw in one of my tires that caused a slow leak. The service on my car could not be completed until a new tire could be installed. The tire was not available until leter and I had a doctor's appointment. You supplied me with… a car to go to my appointment. When I returned my car was almost ready.Thank you for taking the time to leave us your positive review. Recent Service request for added options

I was notified promptly when my truck was ready for pick up. There was a little confusion in the cashier's office but it worked out… okay. Thanks again guys I already have and will continue to recommend your dealership to friends and family. But I have to say I have to give 99% of the credit to Ash from the first time I called till even today he has blown all my car purchase nightmares out of the water and hit a home run.Thank you for taking the time to share this amazing feedback! Busy day for service, but got in/out

Complimentary donuts and coffee was available. Only had a donut. Thank… you. Replace container for window washing
by Verano7 on 01/28/2015Replaced container for water & chemicals to wash windows on 2 year old car. Came in last week to replace water & chemicals as computer indicated empty. While replacing water & chemicals, Vince saw that there was a leak in the container.… Container ordered, arrived day later, but Monday was the first opportunity I had to get back to Thorson's service. I waited comfortably in your waiting room while container was replaced & appreciated the complimentary coffee!We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear that Vince was able to meet your needs.
