I knew the specific pre-owned car I wanted, and Jay Baik was very cordial and respectful of my time and needs when discussing the condition/value of my trade-in and the condition of the… pre-owned vehicle. In addition, the wait for a finance rep was shorter than normal, and did not include the typical hard-sell for extras.Stuart, Congratulations on your new vehicle! BEST experience I have ever had!!!

I was looking for a car for my son and had been having trouble finding a dealership that was honest and transparent on pricing. I was so frustrated. I ended up going to Audi Ontario to… look at a used 2018 Honda Civic. Farzy Rashid came over to introduce himself and was very friendly and polite. I asked about the car and what add on's, accessories or hidden fees were going to be added to the asking price. He said they would honor the internet price and that there were no extras...the price was actually the price!! I admit I was skeptical and kept waiting for the other shoe to drop but Farzy was honest, transparent and just a joy to deal with. He was patient and answered my many questions. Dean took care of my financing and documents and was just as easy and honest to deal with, I was in and out of the dealer in an hour and a half with a very nice first car for my son. If you are looking for a car, you definitely need to go see Farzy at Audi. He will treat you right!! My lease on my Lexus is up next year and I'll be headed over to see him to get a new car! I dealt with the service manager as well as had the extreme pleasure of the outstanding service by Jake Narasky. He… actually orchestrated the delivery of an Audi loaner vehicle to my residence and had my vehicle driven to the service center. And when the job was completed he personally drove my vehicle back to my residence and picked up the loaner vehicle. This was extremely helpful and necessary due to the fact that I had serious back surgery a week prior and was immobile.
