Very Professional, Cordial, and Efficient Experience

My best car-buying experience in over ten years. I knew the specific pre-owned car I wanted, and Jay Baik was very cordial and respectful of my time and needs when discussing the condition/value of my trade-in and the condition of the pre-owned vehicle. In addition, the wait for a finance rep was shorter than normal, and did not include the typical hard-sell for extras.
