Amazing!

I went specifically to Galpin because they happen to be the largest Ford dealership in the country and that being said, I wanted to see a large collection. I was amazed at how many… Fords I saw over there. Probably have over a hundred of just Mustangs. Theres tons more. I was extremely content with my experience and the level of customer service I received. Especially by Micahel K., one of the guys working showfloor. He was absolutely amazing in every way and the kind of salesman Id try to mimic if I ever wanted to be in the car selling business. This guy was straightforward, he was honest and not pushy at all. (which is definitely a plus). I never felt like he had other things on his mind. It was all about me; He was very focused on helping me. This is how I met Michael. Im 18, and have been saving up for a car for a long time. Ive always loved mustangs. My Dad is in the car business and used to sell Mercedez, and now just any kind of car. My dad wasnt gonna pay for any part of my first car, and neither was my mom, so I decided, even when I got my license at 16, I was not going to buy a cheap first car. Some of you might say thats foolish, but I wanted a nice car for myself to drive. I saved and saved and worked my but off, both from allowance savings and working as soon as I could get a work permit. When I got to Galpin I just walked around looking at cars. Most of the people there thought I was visiting with a parent and just happened to be browsing while that parent bought a car. Because of that, they paid me no attention. But, Michael. That guy noticed me looking at the mustangs and came over. We started talking cars, laughing. He was great. He enjoys cars, and knows a lot about them. He took me seriously as a customer despite my young appearance, which made me feel great! We looked at a couple of different models of mustang, different years, etc and then I found the perfect one. I was sold on that Mustang right then and there, and of course, it was in my price range. So, then Mike went to work getting me the best deal he could. Man, can that guy work magic in his fingers and voice to make miracles happen. ?Guy got the paperwork done quickly and efficiently. Now I got myself I nice ford mustang to show off with. ?If you're seriously considering getting a car, call Galpin and ask for Michael K. If you live a ways from Galpin ford, still go. Its an amazing experience if you do it right. So call Mike. Let him know youre schedule so you can figure out when youd like to come in and what you're looking for, that way when you arrive he'll have had some time to check. Hell look at whats in their current inventory, what the available options are, and the incentives you can get, etc, all based on what youre looking for, or hell look if you have no idea. This will save you some time.? So, in conclusion,?I had a great experience there. Michael was amazing and I would definitely go back to see him if I ever need another car.great team

Our Kids were going crazy while waiting for the car and he did a small magic show for them. He was kind… and really nice. He made my kids happy which left me happy. He was sincere and had a sense of humor which for me is half of… the battle and was very patient . Anyway, after all of my very long list of questions and meeting all my "needs" for the perfect car, he helped me find it. It was great to finally meet him when I went in to look at it and finally buy it. He was a pleasure to deal with and I have given him a list of my "want's" for my next car. Like I said, I may have just been lucky, but jumping on line and getting a competent person like Bernard to answer all my questions just made it seem effortless. I don't do many reviews online, but I feel compelled to share - mostly because of my first class experience with Nate… Bashor and Darren Arnaud. I went in with an almost expired lease, expecting to "trade down" in order to lower my car payment. I ended up with much more than I expected...a better car with more bells and whistles, AND a lower payment! Nate Bashor is one of those guys who will go out of his way to help you out, day or night. He was such a straight shooter and did not try to "sell" me on anything. He simply listened to what I needed, then he made sure I got it - plus some. I'm certainly not a high roller, but he made me feel like one. I highly recommend you go to Galpin Ford and ask for Nate Bashor or Darren Arnaud if you want your needs to come first (and if you want a great car, of course!)Thank you so much for your 5-star review. David R. handled my request and got me 0% for 60 months with only a pittance down. I made an appointment… with him, came into the dealership, chose my car, took it for a test drive, signed some papers and away I went. This was by far the best dealer experience I have ever had. In the early 1970's it was several Pinto's and a Pinto s/w fr my brother. Then the Ranger truck and not to forget the '72 Robins Egg Blue Torino… my brother and I learned to drive in. Made great burn outs! In 1977 at 18 I purchased my first vehicle. A white ford mustang with T-tops. I thought I was one of Charlie's Angels! Kept it 5 years and bought a Mustang in 1983. Moved up to Galpin Jaguar in 2002 for an XJ8. Bought a Ford F150 in 2003. Purchased 3 Expeditions over the years to tow our boat. currently driving a 2011 Jaguar XJ. And thanks to the awesome Darren Arnaud surprised my husband with a Harley Limited Edition Truck for Father's Day this year. So as long as Darren Arnaud is around I will be a customer. I tell anyone I know looking for a car to see him first. He is loyal and honest. Everyone I have referred has been happy. No lemons from Darren. Only the best! My salesman, FERNANDO T., turned the normally hair raising car buying experience into a friendly and enjoyable one. His enthusiasm for the car, a… FUSION ENERGI TITANIUM was clearly contagious as within what was a very short space of time I had signed the lease and was driving home in a very beautiful vehicle. Also, for what is a very sophisticated piece of technology on wheels, Fernando's thorough knowledge and gentle ability to translate the how-to's of all the gizmos and gadgets is hugely appreciated.
