Galpin Ford

I don't know if I was lucky or it's just the way they run things at Galpin, but I corresponded with Bernard Duranzo several times on line and for several days before I went in. He was sincere and had a sense of humor which for me is half of the battle and was very patient . Anyway, after all of my very long list of questions and meeting all my "needs" for the perfect car, he helped me find it. It was great to finally meet him when I went in to look at it and finally buy it. He was a pleasure to deal with and I have given him a list of my "want's" for my next car. Like I said, I may have just been lucky, but jumping on line and getting a competent person like Bernard to answer all my questions just made it seem effortless.
