Best California Dealership.

I have been buying cars trucks and SUV’s from Jimmy Vasser Chevrolet for more than 10 years now and the one person I’ve come to rely on Is Lucas Wurz, he goes… out of his way to make sure I am satisfied and treated with respect. Lucas always get me the best deals on buying a new car and he give me great deals on my trade in’s. He also treats all customers like family, he is honest and trustworthy and he will go out of his way to make sure your buying experience is a great one. I have never had a dealership treat me as well as at Jimmy Vasser and the main reason, because of Lucas Wurz who is the General Manager of not only Jimmy Vasser Toyota but also Jimmy Vasser Chevrolet. You won’t find a better dealership than Jimmy Vasser and that’s all because of Lucas Wurz and his team of experts. If you’re looking for a New or Used car then look no further then Jimmy Vasser and ask for Lucas Wurz you won’t be disappointed whatsoever. Thank you Lucas for all of your help and for being the best General Manager ever!!!!!!!Poor communications between Management & Sales Dept.

I had a deal over the phone the night before for a RAV4 Prime, was going to pay cash and they sold the car out from under me. My wife took off work, we prepared to make the trip… and were ready to drop our car of to CARMAX afterwards. Only to get a call from our sales rep the next day @ 12:00 that the manager allowed another sales rep to sell our car out from under us. Never have I ever seen such unprofessional practices from a car dealership. Very disappointedLucas the liar
by Roy Desmazes on 08/21/2021For years I've bought cars from Jimmy Vasser, and I have bought 7 vehicles from them in good faith even though I've been lied about the deals they promised. about a moth ago I called Lucas Wurz and asked him what I can get as far as a trade… in for my vehicle, he knew the make and the model since I purchased it from them and he promised to check it out and he would call me back as soon as possible and a month has gone by with no return call, this has happened more then once with Lucas. This dealer has no respect for its returning customers especially after they purchase from them. They only care about making the sale and after you as a return customer aren't worth the effort. This dealer has made may errors especially in their favor and treat returning customers like garbage. I have been a loyal customer but they have no loyalty towards returning customers whatsoever and I am fed up with all their disrespect and lies. P.S Their service department is rude and disrespectful, that's why I never get my cars serviced there.21/2 hours was well worth the time!

by Jay on 08/29/2020We've waited for 4hours to get that rav4 and when the time we got it there is no mats we have to come back they told us that they will give us mats and they will detail and put gas but when we went back we only got the mats but its only for… front and back they didn't gave us mats for the trunks also they never gave that detail and gas as they promise. .im pissed off but just cant do nothing cost of transaction has been done even though we havent seen that rav4 yet.Huge shout out to Jimmy Vasser Toyota

We were greeted by the sales manager Bill Ryan, then we were put in touch with sales person Victoria Young-Cooper. Both were… pleasant, friendly and welcoming. After the decision of which car we would purchase and papers were signed, we met Jill Ianello, finance director. She made the process of her job, swift and pleasant. Lastly, when all was completed, Victoria patiently spent an hour with us going over all the interior buttons and controls. Job well done! Mike Trujillo made us feel very comfortable and was very patient on the test drive while we tried to get our phones to work with the car. At the end there was a mistake… about the floor mats, and Mike made sure we got what we'd asked for. I recommend him highly.Excellent experience

Enter, Ron Cooper of Jimmy Vasser Toyota. He not only worked with us on… the pricing, but he was communicative, friendly and really made the entire experience of end of lease to new lease painless. Equally as helpful, friendly and knowledgeable was Frank in the finance office. The two of them not only had our new lease ready to go upon arrival, but our paperwork was all filled out, explained in detail to us so all we had to do was sign and drive. We were in and out of there within an hour. Yep an HOUR. Neither one of us have had such an easy, genuine experience working with a car dealership and sales person.
