My husband and I were down to the wire on the end of our current leases 2016 RAV4 and the dealership we leased it from was being of no help to explain the next steps. The two of them not only had our new lease ready to go upon arrival, but our paperwork was all filled out, explained in detail to us so all we had to do was sign and drive.
