worst vehicle buying experience ever they got me!
by keis on 01/07/2015traded in my truck with them and got a 2008 f250. it only ran for three days before it was in and out of the shop for 45 days. made first payment without even having vehicle. would not give me a different truck or my old one back. said… they wouldn't have fixed it if I had not purchased a warranty. truck has left me stranded several more times since than. now the engine has to be replaced for 18000! I still have 19000 to pay on truck and have no motor. don't ever buy with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback. Informative, knowledgeable, sales person

We will be going back to the same sales person because even though the lease option turned out not to work for us because of life style changes, he nevertheless took the… time to spell out the pros, AND CONS, of what we could do. He listened to what our needs were and directed us to a car that was appropriate to our situation. Best car purchase I have every had
by angelo14 on 06/09/2011updated 05/28/2025The experience at The Ford Store Morgan Hill was unlike any other Ford dealer I have been to. I have visited 3 other dealers in the San Jose area and my experience at all was really bad. My experience at TFS was refreshing and… reassuring when I called the store to check on stock and pricing the salesperson who helped me was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. When I visited the dealership he was very professional and friendly and make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Unlike other dealers in the area TFS did not hassle me around for price, which I was very happy about. My sales person made sure my paperwork was taken care of quickly, and when I mentioned I had a low rate with my credit union they found me a lower rate and took care of my financing. After I got my vehicle, the salesperson called me a couple of weeks later to make sure that I was still happy with my purchase. They had offered me a visit with their Sync expert and I forgot to make an appointment, so I made one and he came to my house to walk over my sync system again. It was great! Thank you to all at The Ford Store Morgan Hill.I had a very similar experience to 'angelo14' ... I had been to two San Jose area stores which were disorganized and marking up their trucks above MSRP. In contrast, the Ford Store in Morgan Hill was very organized, neat uniformed sales people, excellent inventory, and discounts taking the price below MSRP, pretty much the opposite experience of the other closer (to me) stores. The sales person went over the top to give me his personal cell phone number and wouldn't let go of me and the F150 until he showed my every feature and paired my cellphone. Finance was super fast... I was in and out in 20 min and that included buying it on zero down so as to take advantage of another discount by Ford credit. And their tech person is also coming to my house to dive into all the cool SYNC features.
Ford Store- the complete package

We live in San Mateo county and checked pricing at all the dealers nearby. We wanted to keep the price low but also wanted a certain color and… features. We found it a The Ford Store. The internet sales guy gave my husband a good quote on the make and model we wanted and the features and color. We decided to take the drive down there expecting he may change his price, but, it was all good. We not only got the exact truck we wanted in the color we wanted but it had Michelin tires which is a big plus. The sales person was very knowledgeable, personal and helpful. We went away with our new truck- happy campers. They even send their tech guy to our house a couple weeks later to help us learn the surius system and whatnot. We feel they went out of their way, listened and came thru with what we wanted. They also have a huge inventory to pick from. Thanks Ford Store!Carol, thanks for sharing your experience! Good service for car purchase
by JenniferW408 on 05/12/2014updated 05/28/2025I had a quarter life crisis and decided I needed a Mustang. It's a car dealership so, of course, they want to make as much money off of you. I am not the type to haggle so I can't really complain about that aspect of car buying. They… didn't have the Mustang that I wanted, but they were able to search for it, and get it shipped from the Folsom dealership. Overall, it was a decent experience since I did not haggle, I did not have to talk to several people, or spend hours negotiating. I ended up getting some factory rebate on the car, where I got $2,000 back. They were super nice to call me back the next day and told me they made a mistake, and I was actually supposed to get 2,500 back. I found that to be pretty honest and they spent time showing me how to use the features on my car. A few days later when I went to put gas in my car for the first time, I had no clue how to do it, they were very helpful over the phone in assisting me.
