Ok, not great

50,000 mile service of 2018 Prius Prime.

I have no experience with another Toyota dealer in that I purchased this car from this dealer and have had all services by them. They also… performed all services on my 2006 Prius. This dealership is clean and tidy. It has a very decent customer waiting room. Their method of keeping me informed of the status of the service, as well as additional items recommended is via text - very convenient. The service writer was professional. The fact that I have not tried another dealer speaks for itself. Although I'm now tempted to price shop other dealers.Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Tried really hard to up sell other services after making us wait 3 hours, which I had to ask what was going on with my service before… getting answer.
