    Everything was great, your facility and staff awesome. Lucy did a great job, only one suggestion, don't be in such a big hurry to make a sale today. With Labor Day coming there might be some better rebates available. This shows you are concerned about saving the customer money, they will be a repeat customer for sure. My father was in business for 30 plus years, 80% return customers. Saving customers money = business longevity. Mr. Rotolo knew that, I'm sure. Other than that, fantstic job!

    It was an awesome experience because we were very happy with our purchase. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased with Rotolo this year. We shopped around, compared prices, and in the end, Rotolo surpassed our expectations, again. Lucy, our saleswoman, was so awesome in every aspect. I would definitely recommend her!

    Everyone was amazing! I was treated like a human, I was never pressured into buying something I didn't want, and I felt at ease knowing that I got a car for a great price and apr with a dealership that really has my back! Lisa really worked hard to know and understand my situation and worked magic to get me in my car I have now. She really is amazing and I will definitely be going back to her in the future! My finance person, Jeorge, was also amazing! He got me a great apr with a great company and made sure that he got the best offer. The paper signing was a quick process and everything was so clearly explained. 10/10 I will be coming back and I'm bringing friends and family!

    Your staff was prompt to serve us when we arrived, greeted us politely, was very efficient in expediting our "in-and-out" and answered all of our questions concerning what was to be done and called us when the vehicle was ready for pick-up.

    Lucy was a great person to work with. Her knowledge of the business and what she sells is outstanding. George the finance manager was also great. He helped me out getting me a lower interest rate than expected. My overall experience at rotolo rates a 10/10. I would definitely recommend friends and family.

    Services and service technician was excellent. Not bad, turn my vehicle on Tuesday Morning prior to 8am without an appointment. on Wednesday I check the status of my vehicle and it would be ready next day. On the same day, four hours later, I received a phone call from Ron. the service technician, that my vehicle would be ready.

  • Service-Cruze Recall--Shuttle Van

    Annette and the shuttle driver were courteous and helpful. One problem, though, is the shuttle van. I am 75 years old, 4' 9" and even with the driver's help, I had trouble getting into the van. It was too high. The older van was better. I suggest that you go back to that type of van. Another passenger who had bad knees also had trouble getting into the van.

    There are at least two other (and probably more) Chevy dealers closer to me than Rotolo, but I continue to make the almost 25 mile drive because they have my complete trust and confidence. We had such a great experience buying my wife's 2012 Cruze and having Rotolo service it that I bought my 2013 Camaro from them and they do all of the service (even oil changes that I could get done closer to home). Their Service Department personnel are first-rate and customer-oriented.

    We can't say enough about Wanda Parker! This was our first pleasant experience buying a car, ever!!! So refreshing to have her explain so clearly, and she really helped us find the best car for our needs based on practicality and affordability. Never did I get the feeling I was being sold a "payment". Wanda, Armando in finance - both, were very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional and kind. I have always bought Hondas, but after my experience at Rotolo...I'm a convert!
