I was referred by my son in law, who previously purchased a vehicle with you. I had been shopping around for quite a while, but was pleasantly surprised when I received a video showing the car that I was interested in. From start to finish, I received exceptional customer service, friendly staff, and an overall experience that was over and above what I expected. I initially worked with Pedro, so I'd like to give him credit for doing an awesome job at getting me in, but was handed off to Mitchell who also did an outstanding job. He continued to communicate every step of the way and made me feel like I mattered. I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience and will absolutely be a return customer for life.

    My car that I purchased was giving me problems I returned it and gave me a new one with upgraded stuff for the same price I was so happy

    Lucy Sanchez was the perfect sales person. I have never had an experience that I did with her.The purchase was for my son(first car).Everything was explained so that he actually knew what was going on. She will be put at the top of the list if anyone I know is looking for a new car.

  • My New Door Lock

    After finding the key lock in my driver door had been vandalized, called for an appt. I was greeted almost immediately upon arrival, and Ron quickly completed the service order. As this became a comprehensive claim for my insurance co. Ron made sure the service invoice was faxed to my claims adjuster in a timely manner. Ron kept me posted on the status of my car while it was there.

    I felt comfortable asking questions, and the salesman was more of a friend rather than a person trying to sell you something to make a commission. I definitely would come back and plan on making this my place to shop.

    The service writer was great I believe it was Dan or Don I recieved as a service writer I must say he was the best I had 2 other service writers 1 with my vehicle I have now which I dont remeber his name but seemed to not know what he was talking about and didnt mention to me that I didn't need a oil change on my current vehicle and yet he still wrote it up and had it done any and not to mention come to find out I had left with my car leaking oil... Which turns out to be a disappointment . Then he told me I only had like 3 to use for free and he wasnt showing my extended warranty . So however I am glad and pleased with the service I recieved this time. Thank you kindly, Mrs. Villalobos

    Employees excel in customer service. My sales consultant (Ruben Sandoval) was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Great experience overall. I would definitely recommend this car dealership.

  • 2012 Cruze "a lemon" brake issue!!!

    Serviced done on transmission. The facility is very nice with coffee and donuts srvd , a plus. Frankly, unsatisfactory on previous visits with issue on the squeaking brake and could not get service advisors to pinpoint the the problem....that 2012 Cruze was a lemon!!! for over two yrs had to deal with it!!! So what did l do, to finally fix it? Trade it in for a new one 2015. ..that's how just get a new one. Tawana a first resp team at GM wasn't very helpful either... If you folks really care about this issue...that car was a "LEMON". You have it now. Forward to GM mngmnt if you would..,.thank you.... Eddie Latorre

    The sales associate and the finance managers were a great help. They worked with my preferred payment amount as well as my desired APR. Buying a car from Rotolo was easy and very convenient. I have already told many friends and family and they will be purchasing from Rotolo in the future.

    Bringing my car in was easy, fast and efficient. The service department told me when to expect my car to be completed, and within 15 minutes of the time, it was. I have no complaints. Staff was very friendly and professional.

    Service manager kept me updated. Clean comfortable lounge with water and coffee. Most important of all; everyone on the property was very professional, helpful, friendly and nice! Vehicle was complete when they said it would be and the charges were less than estimate.
