    This is my first time buying a Ford, ever and it was smooth sailing all the way through the process, the salesman Tim Voskuil is a great guy, he was very friendly, courteous and made me feel very comfortable.

    I had a outstanding experience car shopping at folsom lake ford. Eric Watkins and Greg Dobbins made everything so easy. I've always hated the process of car shopping but I enjoyed working with Mr. Watkins and Mr. Dobbins they made me a wonderful deal that I just couldn't pass up on thank you for all the help. if I ever need another car I know who to go to!

    Steve was super informative and quick when it came to diagnosing the issues with my car. He was also super helpful in informing me about the great benefits that come with applying for the ford credit card.     Josh was concerned about making sure my concerns were met and my vehicle was operating in tip top shape. I have recommended your service department to others. I have a 16 year truck with 240K miles on it with only normal wear thanks to the service department.

    Every person was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was asked if I needed help even as I waited for my ride after I dropped my truck off for service. I will use Folsom Lake Ford as my main service provider. Bridgette (my service rep) was amazing. She went above and beyond her job description to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

    I liked the appointment and intake process, and the coffee and refreshments that were available in the waiting rooms. Loved the fish tank ;-) I would have like to have been called as soon as the service on my car was completed, but I had to wait 15 minutes. The car is not washed after service like other dealerships I have used. I wasn't assured required work was in fact completed.
