I'll be back, but service improvements are possible

I liked the appointment and intake process, and the coffee and refreshments that were available in the waiting rooms. Loved the fish tank ;-) I would have like to have been called as soon as the service on my car was completed, but I had to wait 15 minutes. The car is not washed after service like other dealerships I have used. I wasn't assured required work was in fact completed.
