by DosDudesMom on 11/16/2017updated 11/26/2017I leased a 2017 S60 Inscription and turned in my leased 2015 S60. Tony and Richard made it easy for me to evaluate the cost difference between the 2017 and 2018 models. They promptly provided answers to my questions regarding the… financial details of the lease agreement. As they did with my last vehicle, the new car was delivered to my home at a time convenient for me. I was able to provide all credit information online, so the entire process was easy and efficient. The only time I spent at the dealership was looking at the available vehicles and test driving the one I ultimately leased. A couple of days after taking delivery, I noticed a bad scratch on the lower part of the front bumper and I knew with certainty I hadn't put it there. I sent an email to Tony and he told me they would take care of it. The following week, the car was repaired to my satisfaction. They even dropped off a loaner car at my home and picked up the car, so I didn't have to drive into the dealership. My experience is that Tony and Richard truly want to take care of customers and they value repeat business. They are no pressure, friendly salespeople who are easy to do business with.Love Vulver City Mazda

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did excellent job working out the terms of the deal. He didn't make me feel rushed or… pushy during the sale. Tony worked out a deal for me that was even better than the special I saw and got me into a great car that I love. He was able to answer every question I… had and found a way to take care of every concern. Once Tony and I settled on a deal Rosie made sure that the delivery went smoothly and took the time to show me every little feature on the car. Roman Camacho assisted us with answering all our questions about different model types and showed us a few vehicles. The time wasn't right… for us to make a purchase but because Roman gave us a good impression we felt welcomed and not pressured to purchase on that day. He gave me his business card and told us to give him a call when we were ready to make a purchase. Almost a year later I felt ready to make the purchase and went back to Culver City Volvo and was approched by Sales Consultant Albert Lopez. Unfortunately i had misplaced Romas business card but i still felt very welcomed and was assisted very well by Albert which made my purchase experience even better. His sales manager Charlie Lagua was able to give us a great deal and was willing to work with us. Overall experience at this dealership was wonderful.new 2015.5 s60
by frugalbuyer15 on 09/12/2016Discussed the purchase of this vehicle via e-mails with Tony. Went to the dealership and test drove. In 30-45 minutes all paper-works were done with the Finance Adviser. No pressure from the Adviser or anyone to purchase miscellaneous… warranty. Had to pick up car the following week because of options that I elected to have done. Upon pickup, Dan "Sparky" was ready with my car! He was in no rush to show me all of the features. As matter of fact, I was the one that was rushing him. This is my first Volvo and if the car perform within par, I will assure you my next one will be XC60 or XC90 from Culver City Volvo!Couldn't have been better!

I short listed the vehicles I liked and then used the Costco Auto Program to put me in touch with dealerships that would make this as hassle-free as possible. Culver… City Volvo, and specifically Rosie Milad, were truly exceptional. They were extraordinarily helpful in finding the exact model of S60 that I wanted, and patient in answering all of my questions about financing and leasing options. The Costco Auto Program meant that I got a great deal and there was none of the awful back and forth haggling that I dislike so much in shopping for a new car. The entire process was simple and easy, and the service from Rosie was simply amazing. Great job! :)cut all the car buying headache at Culver City Volvo.

Manager Tony Tehrani helped me spec out the car; found on that me all my requirements; and then sold it to me at a very reasonable lease… price. Every promise he made was kept without the smallest deviation. Donna Abramson, who handled the lease and add-on, was totally professional, accommodating and gave me a genuine bargain on the paint & leather protection package outdoor parking & 2 huge dogs require! by mdb2 on 10/29/2008This was one of the WORST experiences at a dealership - They showed me 2 cars... the first car that was "new" had grass and dirt, and a child's toy in the back of the car. The interior looked like soda had been spilled in it, and the cup… holder had crumbs still in it! The sales person had nerve to tell me that "the dealership owner probably took it to Home Depot on an errand". And he guarenteed me that it would not look like this if I were to buy that particular car. They "wait" until someone buys them to clean them up. WHAT HAPPENED TO NEW??? He then explained to me that it "wasn't like a lexus dealership" - CLEARLY! Then, as if that weren't bad enough, the first sales person I had didn't know anything about the car, because it was his first week there. Okay, he gets a hall pass. So he got his "boss" to explain the features to me, who was SMOKING A CIGARETTE while he was leaning into the open car door of the driver's seat!!! REALLY???? REALLY???? I would NEVER buy a car from this dealer, as clearly they don't understand the concept of what a "new" car is. Shame on them.Tony and Richard Are a Great Team

Fortunately, I refused to go to my local dealer out of convenience and went to Tony T. and Richard Diaz and they made the experience convenient. Tony provided a straight up quote on a 24-month… lease on a XC60 T6 AWD that my local dealer (...rustynak rusnak) could not do. Richard showed me the car and knew all details on the mechanicals - more than I knew and I did some homework before showing up. Found a fully-loaded car they had in stock and was out of there in an hour. Richard delivered the car to my office on his day off. Awesome service.Bought new from Tony. Excellent!

Tony worked very hard to get me approved and into a nearly new S40 still under warranty. I would recommend this dealership over many… others where I was turned away simply because of credit. They were kind and courteous to me and really did help!Repeat purchase. Highly recommend.
