Culver City Volvo Cars

This was one of the WORST experiences at a dealership - They showed me 2 cars... the first car that was "new" had grass and dirt, and a child's toy in the back of the car. The interior looked like soda had been spilled in it, and the cup holder had crumbs still in it! The sales person had nerve to tell me that "the dealership owner probably took it to Home Depot on an errand". And he guarenteed me that it would not look like this if I were to buy that particular car. They "wait" until someone buys them to clean them up. WHAT HAPPENED TO NEW??? He then explained to me that it "wasn't like a lexus dealership" - CLEARLY! Then, as if that weren't bad enough, the first sales person I had didn't know anything about the car, because it was his first week there. Okay, he gets a hall pass. So he got his "boss" to explain the features to me, who was SMOKING A CIGARETTE while he was leaning into the open car door of the driver's seat!!! REALLY???? REALLY???? I would NEVER buy a car from this dealer, as clearly they don't understand the concept of what a "new" car is. Shame on them.
