I leased a 2017 S60 Inscription and turned in my leased 2015 S60. Tony and Richard made it easy for me to evaluate the cost difference between the 2017 and 2018 models. They promptly provided answers to my questions regarding the financial details of the lease agreement. As they did with my last vehicle, the new car was delivered to my home at a time convenient for me. I was able to provide all credit information online, so the entire process was easy and efficient. The only time I spent at the dealership was looking at the available vehicles and test driving the one I ultimately leased. A couple of days after taking delivery, I noticed a bad scratch on the lower part of the front bumper and I knew with certainty I hadn't put it there. I sent an email to Tony and he told me they would take care of it. The following week, the car was repaired to my satisfaction. They even dropped off a loaner car at my home and picked up the car, so I didn't have to drive into the dealership. My experience is that Tony and Richard truly want to take care of customers and they value repeat business. They are no pressure, friendly salespeople who are easy to do business with.
