Great and honest service

So, I know the condition of my brakes, the tires, the fluids, etc. I didn’t need anything else this time but I know I will need 2 new… tires when the rains start. When I leave Honda I feel my car is in great condition!Thank you for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear about your great experience and look forward to serving you again.

On the next day I took my car back, having it running like new. The staff is friendly and quite negotiable over the services. Great Service

They were able to turn on the tire replacement in about 2 hours which is amazing, due to the amount of cars that were ahead of me.Ryan, we are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience! Safety recal services - excellent
by Civic2022 on 03/03/2025Got two safety recall letters from Honda, one just to check (not everyone has issue) and another for some gearbox maintenance. Made online appointment via Concord Honda's service website, and it showed the needed work. Easy to simply click… on those items, set date/time and done. The service rep was professional and fairly accurate on time, about 2.5 hours. Went for long lunch, by time came back the job was nearly done. Appreciated the text update system they have, letting me know car was about done, then the free checkup thing they do (air pressure, etc). Car was clean and freshly washed when picked up, so nice extra touch there.We appreciate your kind words and are grateful for your business. Looking forward to assisting you again in the future!

She kept updating me and let me know how things were going… before I even had to text her, which was really great because I knew I didn’t have to worry about it. As someone who is working and going to school, you can imagine how very busy it gets, and it’s hard for me to find a time to track people down for information.
