Safety recal services - excellent

onGot two safety recall letters from Honda, one just to check (not everyone has issue) and another for some gearbox maintenance. Made online appointment via Concord Honda's service website, and it showed the needed work. Easy to simply click on those items, set date/time and done. The service rep was professional and fairly accurate on time, about 2.5 hours. Went for long lunch, by time came back the job was nearly done. Appreciated the text update system they have, letting me know car was about done, then the free checkup thing they do (air pressure, etc). Car was clean and freshly washed when picked up, so nice extra touch there.
