Fast service, reliable, and honest about service needs

I probably would have purchased additional services, but they looked over my service record with me and helped me understand when I would be due for service, not taking advantage… of me. Time after time I can trust Honda Concord to be honest about what my car needs. The service specialists are always so polite and helpful, too! Poor customer service, poor time management

Concord Honda dealership seems to have forgotten this basic rule by treating long standing customers with poorly… trained/mannered "advisors". Customer advisors are the primary first-impression, reputation builders. It seems Concord Honda has been drifting more and more away from this mission. For the immediate future, I will make a point of taking my business to nearby alternatives for my vehicle maintenance need; likely we live in an area where there are options.We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, so we are disappointed to hear that your visit with us was anything less than satisfactory. Car Buying Doesn't Get Better This
