Poor customer service, poor time management

onFor any dealership, service is the primary value-chain that cannot be compromised: it assures steady revenue flow. Concord Honda dealership seems to have forgotten this basic rule by treating long standing customers with poorly trained/mannered "advisors". Customer advisors are the primary first-impression, reputation builders. It seems Concord Honda has been drifting more and more away from this mission. For the immediate future, I will make a point of taking my business to nearby alternatives for my vehicle maintenance need; likely we live in an area where there are options.
