by Whatley on 10/04/2023After I received timely notices from this dealer regarding picking up 2nd car key (after an international parts shortage) and some software updates to my 2023 NX250, I met with professional service rep Richard Nielson. Richard was… courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and completely fair (I had mentioned that I wanted to wait for the car and also may take up on the complimentary wash offer - even though I skipped the wash the last time I came in as I always keep my car clean - and that I couldn’t wait very long this time due to another professional obligation - Richard said “it will be half hour less if you skip the wash as your car is very clean anyway” - I thought this was a fair exchange as I needed that extra half hour to go to next appointment - so I told Richard “Agreed! You’re a tough negotiator, Richard” - we both came up winning as the service department also seemed especially busy that morning! Welcome or Not?
by Derrick on 10/01/2023I made an appointment to have my new Lexus serviced at the Lexus of Cerritos location, arrived 15 minutes early and pulled in to the service department. I noticed 2 other patrons arriving at the same time as me who were immediately… approached and assisted. I was told by the service attendants someone would be out to assist me soon. I was still waiting 20 minutes later and decided to walk in and use the restroom, then came out and waited another 10 minutes and ask one of the ladies inside at her desk named Dorothy, how do I get some assistance. She told me she could help me and to have a seat. Dorothy was great and sensed that I was not pleased. I would actually say she saved my experience with Cerritos Lexus. Although I’m still not sure if I would return. As I said I pulled up at the same time as 2 other patrons, one Asian and one Latino who were helped immediately. I myself a black man had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes and still had to approach someone before I got assistance. Which is unacceptable and very uncomfortable, I would hate to think it was because of my skin tone but it very well felt like exactly that.Mr

by Caroline C on 09/27/2023If you buy a car at Lexus of Cerritos, definitely ask for Maher in Finance. Once my car was finally on its way from the factory, Maher handled all my paperwork. I couldn’t ask for someone more competent or customer… oriented! Unfortunately, my salesperson didn’t meet the same standards. He was rather impatient with me & spent only about 15 minutes going over the features of my 2024 Hybrid. A more thorough explanation would have been very helpful, especially since the car I was replacing was a 2007.Hi Caroline, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Nice and easy

I met with Peter Kucharski prior to the new 2024 releases, informed him what I preferred and the color I wanted. Less than 2wks later. He calls me back and says… he has the color I was interested in and most of the packages that I was looking for in the car. He was with me through the whole proccess from beginning to the end. From trading in my Mazda to driving off in my new Lexus. And can still br reached after all the proccess for any clarifications or help. 5 star service all around. The dealership itself is kept nicely. Everyone is respectful and helpful. You are welcomed at the front door and they are ready to assist.
