He kept saying this particular one does but the stickers on car does not. He kept giving wrong information for each of… the three cars I looked at.Hi, we appreciate you taking the time to respond. L/Certified Lexus 161 Point Inspection Questionable
by Beware of Lexus of Cerritos on 02/14/2021I bought a 2020 Lexus RX450h L/Certified from this dealership late in the afternoon and it was getting dark. It even had the sticker that it went through the 161 point inspection. However, when I got home, I noticed that the plastic trim… between the back windshield and right pillar of the vehicle was detached from the middle to the bottom. The clips were broken. If this vehicle was inspected, that would obviously be caught and fixed before sale. I called my salesperson and told me to bring it in. After waiting for two and half hours, I was told they need to order the part. I did not have any service papers or outstanding part order at all. Why didn't they fix this to begin with if they are certifying this vehicle? Buyers beware of this dealer since L/Certified does not mean anything. I had issues with my trade-in too but I can do that in a different write-up.Thank you for letting us know about your recent visit to Lexus of Cerritos. Worst buying experience I never had, beware this dealer is scam

Called and texted him couple times after sale he just ignore my call and never reply messages due to find couple problems regretting… my new vehicle. He have no knowledge of the Lexus cars, whatever I ask about the vehicle basic features, he can’t answer it ( or just pretend he don’t). Before I confirm and sign the paperwork, he said the vehicle have bunch of features and will flow in some extra stuffs like all weather cargo mat and nets. After paperwork signed, I asked him to demonstrate the vehicle features and he said my new vehicle doesn’t have it only the higher trim have those. I did asked same question before sales he said have it!!! I am about to leave and can’t locate the all weather cargo mat and net, he said his manager didn’t approve and he will mail me a set of key gloves. Had been two months, he never answer my calls and I never receive the key glove as he promised.Hello, we regret your experience with us here but are glad you brought this to our attention. Once your car has been purchased, they no longer care about customer service. I purchased a car in November and have had several issues. My… attempts to contact them have resulted in minor communications, stating I will get a call back. Calls that have yet to be returned. A sales employee also told me that that receptionist would just give me the run around so it was better to try and work with her instead of speaking to a manager. They also submitted a loan application for me, after I showed them paperwork for the loan I had already secured. Worse experience ever
by Never again on 12/11/2020Worst experience ever. It took 3 weeks to get a part replaced. During the first week of the purchase my credit union tried getting a hold of somebody in finance but no luck. I had to call myself and notify a representative to call my… credit union and my credit union never got a call from them. I tried with another credit union because they had a Black Friday promotion with low apr and they could no close the deal because the vehicle was not showing under my name. Today on December 10, 2020 almost a month from when I purchased the truck, I received letter from service department stating I need to take my truck in to get smogged to finish the DMV registration. They had my truck for 3 weeks in the shop and they couldn’t get it smogged? They couldn’t detail it or clean the engine. Finally after 3 weeks they call me that the truck is ready and when I get there they tell me it still needs to get detailed. Again, 3 weeks in the shop and nothing was done until last minute. Would not buy a vehicle from Lexus of Cerritos ever again.We are deeply disappointed by your experience at Lexus of Cerritos. Worst sales experience I never have from Lexus dealership

Sales person (Jonathan Marcial Nunez) is not experienced, unprofessional and provides worst customer service, he don’t know what vehicle he is selling. I contacted Jonathan and show him the… screen shot of the RX model I am interested in stock for a quote. He did sent me a great deal ( I emailed him more than three times with the same RX stock # picture). When I drop by and test drive that RX, and ready to sign the documents. He gave me another price which 3k more, and told me that the quote he keep emailing is another lower trim RX. I took the RX he was quoted me and show him a quote from other dealership and he did price match for that RX for me (exactly same price not biding price) and said have the same packages and options. After I signed all documents, I walked to checkout my RX and asked him how to use some of equipments (ie kick sensor, assistant auto braking... ) and he said those options only available in upper trim, it is not equipped with the RX I just bought. He told me is same package and options in the quote I shown him, now is totally different and less options. I was really upset what kind of price match was??? Sell me the RX with same price but less equipments??? Then, he took out the window sticker and tried to show me my RX don’t have such options. In fact, my RX did equipped those options just he don’t know, It is really unprofessional. Whatever I asked he never check before answer the questions he don’t know and not sure. Finally, since it was late afternoon around 7pm the parts department was close, he promised mail me two key gloves. It have been a month and I still not received. I messaged him last week, he returned a message to me after I send two emails and bunches of messages (within 3 days) saying he already gave me a great deal and key gloves are not included with my RX. I can’t imagine a sales person is not willing to solve issues with customer and told me that he doesn’t care I leave negative feedback and comments for my shopping experience. He is not only representing their dealership, also represents Lexus customer service. He should keep his promise and did follow up with the customer. Anyway, he told me that he will sent it out once they have it in stock. I can’t believe a dealership don’t have key gloves in stock for more than a month. Addition: when I arrived home I found two dead ant body laying inside my doom light housing. I think the way they keep and check vehicles before are really bad. I did call and let Jonathan know and he never respond or follow up with me.Roddy, We are disappointed to learn of your experience here at Lexus of Cerritos, but will take this opportunity to improve.
