    the purchase of my new vehicle from selecting features, extras, amenities, to the the actual pick up day has been extremely satisfying. David S. has been great in communicating regarding updates and delivery dates. Patty from financing is awesome as always.

    I bought a new 2018 GLE350 4MTRIC for my wife a little over a week ago. The GLE was not my first choice at the beginning. Because I already drive E350 sedan and I just wanted a different car for her. But it was rather her choice and it would be her car any way. After having the car for little over a week, I have to say she made a right choice. The car is great. She likes it very much and so do I. Not only we are happy with the car, we are very much happy with this sale team of Hoehn dealer. Vas Chohan who we initially met and showed us the car, Saad Jarran who provided us additional information of the car and finalized the sale, Kelsey Wang who provided my wife ownership training. But I am sure she will need a little more of the training. Saad Jarran offered us a very reasonable and competitive price. And as a goodwill, Saad also gave her a cargo compartment liner and a key chain. Thank you all for your professional and courtesy service.

    I had a wonderful experience purchasing my C300 Cabriolet at Hoehn Motors with Paul M. Unlike Mercedes of San Diego, where I purchased my last car, Paul never pressured me, was honest the entire time and didn't try to swindle me with an over the top price that didn't make sense. In fact, Paul M. was a gentleman and fantastic salesman to work with. The entire experience was a complete 180 from Mercedes San Diego. At that place, they train their salesmen to tell you that they are taking a loss for the "great" deal you are getting. Meanwhile, I got a way better deal at Hoehn and they never once tried to make me feel bad about it or tell me that "they were taking a loss on it". I highly recommend Hoehn Motors and I look forward to getting more cars from them in the future!

    My wife and I just leased a new Mercedes C300 and Vas--who is our go-to guy in Sales--and his cohort Saad (who we met for the first time on Vas's day off) are just about the two finest human beings on the planet. Honest, smart, nice and trustworthy. Between ourselves and our agency we've bought maybe a dozen cars from them over the years and found Vas to be the salt of the earth. And now Saad as well. We cannot recommend them and their service team as well enough.

    If I got one of the first full loaded customized C300 Coupes in southern california and it happened to be one of the finest cars ever with more than enough power for me. It was through the diligence, patience and good advice of Reed Kaelin. The right car and the right deal.

    Hoehn Mercedes Benz in Carlsbad California is the worst Benz dealership I have ever been to. Dont buy a Benz from Hoehn Mercedes, I would highly suggest U go elsewhere they R [non-permissible content removed] & a dirty dealership. This is my 2nd car from Hoehn first time at Hoehn Mercedes ,first time buying a new car. This is supposed to be exciting experience & it was the worst exp I have ever had & I am still fighting the Hoehn. It started with the sales person Lori who walked out on me after 5 hours of negotiating for my white 2016 GLE 400 over 30.00 on my payments she stated I am only making 300.00 on the deal & couldn't deal & up & walked out & left me on the showroom floor. I didnt know what to do. I went into the sales manager's office Pete Lizarraga & asked him if he could get the deal done. He got my payments to $600 a month & we discussed the things I wanted added to the car. There was damage on the car in the showroom that was pointed out & they said they would fix it. They pressured me to drive off the lot with the car because that's all part of the car buying experience driving off the lot. I could drop the car off the following Monday for repairs, I let them know I was in no rush & was going to Maui for 4 -5 months in Feb. They told me it would only take a few days. Rear ent package Chrome Hood Fins Illuminated Benz Star Black rims running boards Teflon interior & exterior coat Left the car off Monday & got a C Class loaner. Called me a week later they couldnt do the wheels, changed them to the factory wheels Mercedes offers on their website, then got a call they could not do the running boards, I then got a 3rd call & was told they could not do the rear ent package as the interface didnt work in the 2016 GLE. I was furious & the sales mgr. Pete Lizarraga who was sorry & said they should have custom built me my car they will fix it & we're sorry. I told them I didnt want the suv, they insisted they would fix it & make it right. 2 weeks of driving the loaner they finally were making some progress & I was still very angry. They sent the car out to a 3rd party local audio video install co. It was not the certified Mercedes Benz rear ent. Package I wanted, they got the rims from another Benz & changed me $1800 to powder coat the factory wheels on the Benz they pulled the tires from, when I asked they keep Pirelli tires on the new rims I was given an attitude. I am mostly dealing with Pete Lizarraga the Sales manager for Hoehn Mercedes Benz. They finally got it all done somewhere b4 or after Xmas. When I picked up the vehicle there was an odd smell inside the vehicle & didn't smell new, the rims wheels were not polished & there were nicks that had not been buffed so they took it back to finish it up. After getting home I noticed the memory seats controls were broken not how I dropped it off. I called them they said come by, I waited for 2 hours 4 them to tell me they have to order the part & bring it back. I drove the car for a few days & had a Las Vegas trip planned on the 5th of Jan & was going to be driving my SUV to Vegas. It was pouring out that day & on the way to Vegas my passenger said why they hell is water dripping on me so I looked over & there was water inside the car running down the passenger side front corner windshield to dash & dripping, water had leaked in the interior cabin on the passenger side headliner on the panel where the seat belt is, passenger rear window behind the passenger rear door, the windows were all fogged up & my driver side was leaking so that was 4 breaches of water, I called Mercedes yelling as I was furious that this $82k Suv was leaking water. They said they were sorry & bring it in when I get back from Vegas they would put me in a similar loaner & suggested a buy back from Mercedes Benz the interior was compromised & had visible water damage which leads to mold, mildew, etc, I didnt want the vehicle. They admitted to the defect & admitted to the mistakes in the buying process the mgr. of the dealership Kris Truman who was no help but did sit with me & apologize the whole exp & how its was handled is gross. I got home from Vegas & dropped the vehicle off few days & they called & said that there was a manufacture defect in the car & Mercedes didnt have any fix at this time & would I like to come pick up my car? Why would I pick up that car when there is a manufacturer defect & water damage? Mercedes Benz denied the buyback. I am in contact with the Attorney general & my Lawyer to see what legal I can take. They R now trying to pay me to go away now, After I left a yelp review Kris Truman told me to remove it.an they will buy me a new car. They had me come in & do a sub of collateral & brought a car down from LA, the banks approved the sub of collateral, Pete Lizarraga told me they would take care of everything & then called me & told me come get my defective car or a check, they would have to replace the headliner due to the water damage if they kept the car & would not offer to replace the headliner for me. To go a step further these people at Hoehn do not know anything about the cars they sell, they had to look in the manual to see if the car they sold me has ambient lighting which it did not & they didnt know how U use the radio/phone/ text functions they told me to read the manual. We agreed to was a sub of collateral which is on record with my bank they got the vehicle from LA with Kris Trumans authorization & were going to swap out my 2016 GLE 400 with the water damage 4 the new GLE 400 & it was confirmed by the service manager David Cram this was all done through Pete Lizarraga they are trying 2 twist & contort this now. I don't need the car & won't pick up either the car nor the check & will continue on my merry way no big deal either make it right with the GLE with the interior lighting package or another offer. Either way I'm not stepping foot on that lot till they correct the problem. Chris Truman told me that just because the factory didn't buy back the Benz didn't mean hoehn would not as he has been there 35 years working for the hoehn family & they can still do the buy back or as Pete said he would do the sub of collateral & put me in a new car Let me know when the new car is finished or make me a better offer I want my car that I worked hard to buy so make it right & do what U told me. This is extremely stressful on my & has been giving me a ton of anxiety, I've lost time, money, & will never forget how hoehn Mercedes ruined 3 months of my life from beginning of sale to still going!
    • Paul - We had deep concern about water coming in around your sun roof so we contacted Mercedes-Benz and they sent a Field technical specialist to investigate the cause for any leakage. After extensive testing they could not duplicate any leaks with the sunroof closed. After further discussion you said the rear of the sunroof was open on your trip to Las Vegas during a downpour so your passenger could allow his vaping vapors to exit the vehicle. You were of the opinion if you drive fast enough the rain will go over the vehicle and not enter the opening in the roof. Unfortunately this is currently not possible with Mercedes –Benz vehicles. Mercedes-Benz did look into your request for a buy-back, because they could not find a product defect and no leakage with the sunroof in the fully closed position they denied your buy-back request. You then requested Hoehn Mercedes-Benz to purchase your vehicle back and under the circumstances we thought it best for both party’s so we did give you a full refund plus several lease payments.     These people are dishonorable and should not be trusted. Here is exactly what happened: I was told by the sale person that because I have a credit rating over 800 that if I filled out their online credit application and accepted their price and terms on a specific vehicle I wanted to buy, that they would hold the car for me until I could drive down the next day from Monrovia CA so I could pay all cash and take possession of the vehicle. Following the instructions, in the morning I filled out the credit app and emailed my acceptance of their price and terms to the sales person who was "helping" me. After waiting an hour and not getting an email response from the sales person, I began calling trying to reach him, ending up leaving several voice messages. I figured, I was safe because the car wasn't on the lot being that it was in the repair shop to remove a large scratch. Meanwhile, unbeknownst to me the car was sold to someone who also saw the car online and being local walked in and signed a contract right out from under me. This was in the afternoon, well after I had emailed my acceptance in writing and submitted my credit app. And guess what that salesman told me when I asked why he didn't get back to me all day in spite of my repeated attempts to reach him? "I was busy on the floor!" Figuring that the company would correct their mistake due to carelessness and set things straight, I went over the whole chain of events with the general sales manage, sending him copies of the emails showing my acceptance with the time stamp on the emails, etc.. Rather than be helpful, this person not only refused to correct their error and make good on their contract with me, but basically told me to go pound sand by indicating that I don't have a legal leg to stand on and welcomed the opportunity to see me in court! If you think I'm making all this up, I will be more than pleased to provide anyone upon request with sufficient documentation to show you how I got screwed by this disreputable company. You might ask, why not take them to court? I contacted my attorney who indicated that the outcome is questionable and I would not be able to get reimbursement for my legal expenses. In other words, it's not worth going after [non-permissible content removed. So I'm moving on and warning others.

    Drove in to Hoehn to look at Mercedes, salesperson approached and I told him I was considering a Lexus SC 430 or Mercedes SL 500. He told me how bad a Lexus SC 430 is for quality made on the MR3 chassie only go with a Mercedes. Hoehn did not have the car I wanted and I purchased from another dealer in Escondido. A few days later went into Hoehn to purchase another key and the sales person approached and told me how bad the other Mercedes Dealer was in Escondido. The other salesperson also heard the conversation and agreed. No Class

    Bought my first E Series Mercedes from them because they matched a price from a competing dealer. No games, no hassle, and I was in my new car in 90 minutes. Ask for the sales manager if you want a deal. He is excellent to work with.
