Exceeded my expectations

Leo is the gold standard in salesmanship. He's young, smart and trustworthy. He has leadership potential and is going to go far in this industry. Integrity is rare in some dealerships but not with Leo. He sets the bar incredibly high where… others should follow his lead, professionalism and character. Customers are watching others words and behaviors while in the dealership and none came as professional as Leo, Austin and Sunny. Thank you.

Great service after the sale
by SolanaPete on 12/23/2024I purchased a certified used Mazda 6 Grand Touring from Autonation Mazda Carlsbad and was treated very well by both the sales staff and the service department. As part of the purchase there were a couple of items that needed to be done… after the sale. In addition, after taking possession of the car about two weeks I noticed a small leak in at a tailpipe flange to the exhaust resonator. It was covered under the 90 day/4K mile warranty and their service department fixed the gasket and the small items that were part of the sale. The service advisor Bobby was both professional and friendly and work was done within a couple hours and my “new” car was ready to drive home. This was my second time purchasing from Autonation Mazda Carlsbad and I feel even better about my decision to work with them. I’m a senior, and with the complexity of modern cars I have found it makes more sense for me to buy from a reputable dealer who provides a 90-day warranty as well as a 120-point comprehensive mechanical and safety certification, than from private parties. Had great reviews so I gave them a try and found the exact vehicle I was looking for a 2018 ford f150 burgundy color and the features… I was looking for. by GeeDub on 06/22/2023We purchased a new Mazda5 from Bob Baker Mazda in 2009 and had it serviced there regularly since. It was totaled by a hit-and-run driver this year and we found a used 2015 Mazda5 replacement. We took it to Bob Baker and had Max do a… thorough check-out. He gave us a list of recommended improvements. I called Max a few weeks later and said we were ready for some front-end work. He ordered the needed parts, then called back a week later--from newly-named AutoNation--to say all had arrived. They were installed the next day and our new old Mazda drives like a dream. This is the same great service enjoyed over the years regardless of the name of the dealership. Just call Max, tell him your needs, and he takes care of everything.
