Dealership Service Review
We purchased a new Mazda5 from Bob Baker Mazda in 2009 and had it serviced there regularly since. It was totaled by a hit-and-run driver this year and we found a used 2015 Mazda5 replacement. We took it to Bob Baker and had Max do a thorough check-out. He gave us a list of recommended improvements. I called Max a few weeks later and said we were ready for some front-end work. He ordered the needed parts, then called back a week later--from newly-named AutoNation--to say all had arrived. They were installed the next day and our new old Mazda drives like a dream. This is the same great service enjoyed over the years regardless of the name of the dealership. Just call Max, tell him your needs, and he takes care of everything.
