Great Experience at Buena Park Honda!
by RaquelS on 06/11/2024It was an easy process from start to finish. I scheduled a test drive on their website. Leonard Duran contacted me to let me know he would be taking care of me when I arrived. Leo was patient, went through all the features, and made sure he… answered all my questions during the test drive. Once he heard I was a recent graduate, he informed me Honda had a promotion for new graduates, so I received a discount for attaining my Master's degree. I returned a week later to pick up my weather mats. Leo asked how I was doing, installed the mats, and even offered to wash my car after noticing the raindrops from the night before. The customer service at Buena Park Honda is on point. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and checked in to ensure someone was helping me. We went on test drives, browsed the lot, and I didn't feel rushed/pressured like other dealers. He helped me get the car I wanted while… staying within my price range!! The finance manager Michelle Padilla walked us through the contract & all of the paperwork involved with great attention-to-detail. I'm really happy we got to meet Michelle. She made us feel at ease while we ran the numbers and I truly feel she helped us get the best possible outcome. The dealership gave me a more than super fair deal on my trade that I was able to use for a down payment on my new lease and keep my monthly payment the same as my current payment. I was… initially assisted by Ed, who set up an appointment with Channy. Both of them were great! They made me feel very comfortable and trusting more like a friend than a salesperson. The personal touches on the whole process was outstanding! They were friendly, personable, professional but mostly straight forward and honest! Such great integrity and truly care about their customers. I highly recommend Channy for all your purchase/lease needs and Ed to set you up with the right person (I recommend Channy). Also a shout out to Gina in finance for her friendly, personable and professional demeanor making the paper signing simple and quick. VERY BAD experience at buena park honda service center
by ShadiG on 06/22/2023After getting my tires rotated and aligned at the service center, I noticed a tear in one of the tires just a day later. When I approached the service director, Carlos Urias, and explained the situation, he declined to open a claim or… investigate the matter. He mentioned that the tires were not handled during the service and refused to consult the technicians for further investigation. I felt that he showed little willingness to assist me. Unfortunately, this experience has left me dissatisfied.We appreciate all reviews, and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve by providing us with this feedback. Prior to that date, we have spoken with Chase, the sales representative, on the potential deal on a Honda Odyssey and its availability. When we came Chase was all ready with the… car and even took care of our trade in. I went to so many dealers but really appreciate Chase courtesy, professionalism and non-pushy attitude. Car dealer should have sales representative like Chase. I also appreciate the Asian lady sales manager (not sure of her name, possibly Evelyn) and the finance manager for making this deal as quick as it could be. All in all, we had a positive experience and totally recommend Buena Park Honda, especially Chase C.Great service highly recommend

I started working with John Buhs to get a quote on an accord hybrid touring, he was willing to match the price I got from other dealer and they can provide the color of choice for the car. The dealership is 80… miles away from my location but it worth the trip. I was helped by Chase from the same department, the process is smooth yet I have to stay there for a couple hours since the dealership is kind of busy. All the guys there are helpful to make the deal happen. I would recommend to my friend who is in the market for a honda.The outstanding customer service and the friendly staffs made this car buying experience very enjoyable & hassle free.Thank you so much for your 5-star review!
