VERY BAD experience at buena park honda service center

onAfter getting my tires rotated and aligned at the service center, I noticed a tear in one of the tires just a day later. When I approached the service director, Carlos Urias, and explained the situation, he declined to open a claim or investigate the matter. He mentioned that the tires were not handled during the service and refused to consult the technicians for further investigation. I felt that he showed little willingness to assist me. Unfortunately, this experience has left me dissatisfied.
