    2 days ago I purchased a 2019 Tiguan, trading in my 2017 Jetta lease. I had a great experience with my salesperson Luis Ramos as well as the finance director Tim Hansen. Everyone there could not have been nicer and more helpful. Glad I chose them over Chapman VW!

    Went in yesterday to Larry H Miller and purchased a new VW Atlas. Zach and Joe made the buying experience very easy and not at all painful. I never felt pressured, and would buy there again.

    I should've shopped here in the first place. The salesman, Joe Conti, was very helpful and patient with someone like me, who can be a difficult client. Joe and the rest of the crew were upfront about what to expect and didn't try to pressure me like other dealerships had. Instead they provided me with options and we were able to come to an agreement on the best possible deal. Great experience that left me feeling very satisfied and I'm enjoying my brand new car as well. Would highly recommend!

  • Misrepresentation of options

    During the sales review I tried to get clarity on what the roughly $1300 worth of options were in the vehicle price. I was told that they were materials that had already been applied to the vehicle to protect it from sun damage, paint chips, etc, but that there was someone else who would provide more details once the pricing was finalized. It turned out that these were actually optional warranties or regularly re-applied protective coatings and I could have (and would have) opted out of them due to their cost. When I was finally explained as to what they were I was told that since the vehicle pricing had already been signed that I could not opt out. It left me with a sour taste in my mouth even though I am very happy with my new car.

    I am satisfied with all aspects of the purchase except for the add-ons and fees which I think are excessive. I wanted the car so I agreed to them and paid for them. The final out-of-pocket cost was acceptable even though I question the practice of excessive add-ons after I agreed to the basic deal with the salesman. For instance, I was charged $90 for a 'warranty' that turns out to be nothing more than prepayment for three oil changes in the first year. This after I told the salesman that I would have the car serviced closer to where I live. When I complained the next day, pick-up and delivery of my car for the oil changes was offerred instead of a refund. That doesn't make sense because it would cost the dealer more than $90 to have an employee drive 30 minutes each way two times for each oil change. That, and I don't drive enough miles to use that many oil changes in a year. But, I am a very happy 81 year old man who got a car that I like at a price I can afford, thanks to Larry Miller Volkswagen.

    The used car inventory at Larry H. Miller was vast and there was plenty that could have fit what I was looking for. I enjoyed working with my sales guy and never felt any pressure whatsoever which was much appreciated. The rest of the staff from the front desk to the finance manager was great. A trendy and fun edge while remaining very professional. It made purchasing my vehicle there a good experience and I got an excellent car, great price and low miles! Thanks Chris Cruz for helping me drive away in the perfect car for me.

    I had a great experience on Friday going to purchase my car. The sales man was very helpful and answered my millions of questions with facts and options I could choose from that would suit my needs and listened to my requests to keep on my budget. The financial guy was so pleasant and easy going it didn't even feel like it normally does when buying a car and signing a lot of papers. He explained each one and made everything easy to understand and even advised me with the few things I got for long term care. I can honestly say he was very nice and it was a pleasurable experience.   • Poor Customer Service

    The sales team was great but the finance team was horrible. I had some concerns with how the financing was completed so I tried getting in contact with the person who completed the paperwork. After 3 days and 4 calls I finally got in contact with the individual who did the financing. He wasn't able to fix my problem so I asked to speak with the finance manager over a week ago but I still haven't received a call from him. Won't be coming back due to lack of care and customer service.

    Working with Zach was a great experience. He was a very honest and upfront kind of person. He made sure do everything he could with a 100% effort and good attitude. The rest of the staff that helped out was amazing as well. Overall enjoyed my whole car buying experience.

    Staff is very helpful. My credit is less then ok and they were willing to work with me when other dealers wouldn't. I would be willing to purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

    I've never felt more relaxed while buying a car than at Larry H. Miller. They truly care about getting you whatever you need and are more than happy to work with you when it comes to negotiating. I would absolutely come back!

    My fiancé and I have tried four other dealership's financing and met all with either being declined, or having an interest rate so high that we couldn't afford the payments. Last week we found the perfect used Honda Pilot for our family at LH Miller VW. We didn't expect much, knowing what we went through with the other guys, but, after repeated tries from their finance guy, he not only got us approved with an acceptable monthly payment, but we had enough to spare to get added warranties and protection plans! LH Miller really went above and beyond for us, and we will definitely recommend them to any of our friends looking for a used or new vehicle!
