Service writer Kayla was very helpful and professional throughout entire process from setting appointment to ensuring everything was done to my satisfaction. They have a quality operation thereat LHM Dodge in Tucson. They provided me a free initial oil change, aligned the vehicle, and preformed software updates and service bulletins as called for, all in same appointment - very much appreciated and good use of time.
