    Brought my 2007 Suburban in for service. I have used Orielly many times in the past and originally purchased the vehicle from them. Problems I was having: Cruise control did not work - upon pickup was represented as fixed but it was not Rear glass defroster did not work - service rep said they would call my insurance as it was a covered claim but he did not - said that he forgot. Tire monitoring system - replaced a sensor. Then over-inflated tire (instead of 34 lbs was 40 lbs) Spoke to Service Manager (Chuck). He acknowledged issues and apologized. Asked me to bring it back in to be fixed. I will go elsewhere. One other note - this was the second time I have gone to Orielly for a major repair (rear shock replacement), been quoted a price ($1400), went to a competitor (BrakeMax), got a lower price $1100 (all due to labor - they need to get parts from dealer), and Orielly offered to match. I know dealers are more expensive but I wish they would recognize they do have competition and offer a fair price up front. I am instead having the repair done at BrakeMax.

    Had transmission work done on my Chevy cruise and within two days it gave me problems again . Now it has been in the shop for 4 days and no work as to what is being done on it.

    Richard and the team that does the service on my truck are great. Richard (service tech) is great, helpful and understanding. He has gone above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule knowing what a hassle it is to be without a vehicle while it is in service. Great Service and Great Experience for sure

    I had have made purchase of four new cars at oriely through out the year and did not experience such poor service as this one, I knew what I wanted and got my car. But when doing the financing their were difference right away. The rebates were lower than the advertise amount,gap insurance hire than the original amount on the contract and the extended warranty was also increased than the amount that was given in writing. Then the sales pitch that was used were sale person were he gives you a low intrest rate that you are approved for and takes you to financing were they tell you that is not the rate. Bad experience and for bad experience I will take my business elsewhere

    Was traveling over the Thanksgiving Holiday. My Silverado was due for service before returning home to California. O'Rielly Chevrolet in Tucson AZ performed the needed service and provided a light breakfast (coffee & sweet roll) at no charge. Thank you for the outstanding service. Would definitely visit them again when in the area.

    Every experience that I have had at O'Rielly has been awesome!! Even buying my car was great and that's supposed to be one of life's most horrible things to have to do. Rodney in sales and Roger in service are both assets to your company. Thank you again!! :) Barb Serrano

    Due to a last minute Battery problem on our 2012 Equinox, I called service on Fri. to see if I could get in. Busy, but come on in. Well...as usual, TOP notch service on Sat. by Service Consultant Michael Shiplett. No hesitant He took care of my right away and within 1 hour the battery was replaced and I was on my way. Michael was very professional & represented O'Rielly Chevrolet very well!! He is another reason why I come to your dealership!! I recognize that coming in on Sat. without an appointment causes some logistics issues; however, Michael handled it without any sign of disturbance...well done Michael!!!     The entire staff from the man that greeted me at the door to the final step when Oscar walked me out of Finance, and Danny closed my new truck door for me to drive away; the whole experience was great. Pretty low stress and pleasant for sure.

    Richard was extremely pleasant and helpful. It was nice to have a free soda, cookie and drive away with a well maintained car and wash. Very impressive.

    I really had a great experience. I called 'Bear' 10 minutes before showing up with my car. When he realized he would have to keep the car, he automatically got me into a rental and I was back on the road in no time. Great customer service, Bear!!

    I was scheduled for a 12:00 APPOINTMENT AND WHEN I CHECKED IN AT 11:45 I was told that the mechanics were going to lunch and my car would be serviced when they came back from lunch. I was not happy and told the service advisor so. The car was serviced and I was able to leave around 1:00. Still like you service dept but my time is also valuable.

    the vehicle is wonderful. the people were nice. however no one didnt seem to know what they were doing. there were way too many mistakes made.

    this visit was excellent, but unfortunately the rest of O'Reily's is the pitts so it reflects on very body.. Mark was super ! Hope we get him all the time..

    I appreciate the customer service and the friendly workers. You all do a Great job! Thank you Scott for giving me a follow up call, about the truck. I appreciate the fact that when I told Scott that I needed to bring the truck back for the horn, he said, "we'll see you in a couple of days". No questions asked.
