    Everything was great except I wanted to have the car go through the car wash It’s always broken when I bring a vehicle in for service But when I have auto butler applied it’s working

    Overall, it was a great experience, from finding a new vehicle to handling my trade-in and explaining the features of the truck purchased. I would highly recommend dealing with Orielly Chevrolet. Everyone was professional, and it was a low-pressure experience.

    Bunch of job corp kids messing up peoples car no real mechanics whatsoever, people up front have no idea what’s even going on made an appointment and still had to wait for your worker that just sits around.

    Ross my salesman, Martin the sales manager , Javier the man that delivered my car, and the man that I signed the finance paperwork with ( sorry I don't recall his name ) everyone was so wonderful to work with. I have been telling everyone I know to go to O'Rielly Chevrolet. No pressure to buy and I got a great deal. Everyone was very kind and you can count on me to be a forever client.     Repairs not completed after having to take car back 4 times. No one wants to help set up services over the phone when you are not able to do so online. Horrible customer service

  • Shady way to do business

    We went in due to the check engine light being on. While there, we requested an oil change and tire rotation. Our vehicle was under warranty and we had an extended warranty with a $100 deductible. We signed off on the oil change and the $100 deductible when we dropped off the truck then we were called to authorize a half hour of labor to fix the roof counsel in the cab. When we picked up the vehicle, we were hit with an additional hour of diagnostic work that we were blindsided with which cost us an additional $179. When we stated that we never authorized this, the response given was “we have your signature”. We simply don’t do business with people or companies who operate this way and would never recommend anyone we care about to an establishment who does. We are so disappointed and will continue to share our story with anyone who asks or will listen.

    If you make an appointment for an oil change, why does it take 2 hours? Won't be back. Price reasonable and they did the job, lots of other oil change places out there.

    Waited 2 weeks for appoint. Told I needed to leave truck. This was Monday. Called Wed could not contact adviser. After 3 trys got adviser was told they would get to it soon. I had one more ahead of me. I came and picked up truck, because it would be a few more days. Advisor was rude to me.

    Dropped my 2017 Suburban off at 7 a.m. for oil/filter change, air filter change and transmission fluid change. Had to wait at dealership. By 11 a.m. no one from service dept gave me a clue as to what was taking so long. I looked into the service bay and didn't see my vehicle. Went to service advisor who had trouble looking up my work order on the dealer's computer…asked me twice “how do you spell your name.?” He asks me..." where do you think your truck is?" I told him I dropped it off at 7 a.m. and YOU are asking me where it is? I asked to speak to service manager. She listened, then told advisor to look for truck. Finally showed up at 11:05 a.m. with grease smudges on inside driver's door. I demanded it be removed and informed service manager, she said she would "talk" to the mechanic. I told her this suggests tech has no pride in service, and a customer's vehicle should not be treated in this manner. Bill totaled $283, no military discount offered, no credit for poor condition of my interior. I told manager to remove me from their computer system, as I will NEVER return to O"Reilly. I can't recommend O"Reilly to my Air Force friends at Davis-Monthan AFB either.

    My car kept saying it wasn t in park and would not shut without many attempts. I took it I seven days ago and they replaced shift parts which corrected my problem but now I do not have all my gears. They ordered more which have not come in for seven days.

    Took it in for a pre inspection on my broken sun visor & part ordered. Turns out they had a replacement in stock & went ahead & replaced it in the same visit. HUGE DEAL for me, as my time is limited. Thank you Benny!!

    The salesperson Domingo Jimenez was awesome showed me the vehicles that I liked, I felt very comfortable with the Desk Manager Martin and Finance explained everything to me, finally the delivery with Javier was fantastic. I would recommend anyone I know to purchase a vehicle from O'Rielly Chevrolet, the team there is unbeatable.

    They front rolled is a car, said everything was good to go. That called us almost 2 weeks later demanding more money down. I refused so we took back their car and when we got ours back that we traded in they had done all kinds of unauthorized work to it. What they are not legally allowed to do without title to the car. They even lost my plates. They called me the next day and said they would overy night them to me 3 days later and still haven't received. Sales men and managers were all horrible to deal with!

  • Too Pricey - Eval charged even if work completed

    $90 to assess problem, every place else rolls charges into work if performed on what was found! Not O Reilly! Diagnose problem and you pay that plus the eval fee! . $1300 for cylinder and rear brakes, went around corner and done for $300 (Paid $90 to eval cylinder leak). Nice clean place and adviser very nice, but appears to me like if not under warranty, you'll need to take out a 2nd mortgage to pay for work done
