I've been very hesitant about buying a car due to previous experiences and I was blown away by the amazing experience I received from Alfonso. He talked me through everything, made me feel at ease with the car buying process and worked with what I wanted. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy.

Very Unsatisfied

We recently purchased a car here I have already written a review but this was before I knew what Nissan actually did. I am writing this so future customers pay close attention to your buy and to make sure what the sellers are saying is accurate. I had a horrible experience here and I did not receive what they said it was going to be I ended up paying way more then I was told. (No this is not for the tax money,but actual car price) I came to Nissan to ask for my contract and Never have I gone into a place where the customer service was ridiculously rude! David Mojadidi did not want to help in any way first because he knew I wasn't going in to buy a car but to ask for my contract, he did not want to bring someone to translate because my English is not great I was so shocked by the way I was treated. But overall I just want to give a heads up for future customers about Nissan at Jim click. To look over carefully and even if they keep you there for hours and you're tired don't trust everything they tell you and make sure everything they are telling you is on paper and that is what you are signing. I will most defenitey never comeback to Nissan or refer anyone to this Nissan. I have gone to other Jim clicks and have gotten very good service and regret not buying from somewhere else.

When I purchased my 2016 Nissan Frontier, I was provided with exceptional customer service by my salesperson Ralph Gallego. His patience with explaining and demonstrating all the features and benefits the vehicle had to offer made my buying experience very comforting; and at no point did I feel overwhelmed or pushed into buying anything. The finance department as well as the entire management team were ideal to work with. This is a dealership that I have and will continue to recommend.

Fonz gave truly excellent service at Jim Click Nissan. Fonz was very welcoming, friendly, and explained to me in great detail what was so great about my 2016 Nissan Versa. I have zero complaints. Excellent person and excellent service.

Time for this old lady

Carlos was very patient and attentive to this old lady. I did not buy the car Intended to buy but bought a car I know I will love and at a lower price than what I would have spent. What I am saying is Carlos worked to get me the right car and deal for "me". I am sure Carlos won to and that is the way it should work. Happy Me!

Came in looking around for a new sedan. Carlos Villaseñor showed us around and we ended up buying one of the cars he showed us. He was not pushy AT ALL. He was very informative and friendly. After going to other dealerships we came back to Jim Click Nissan. Awesome experience.

I just want to say I had the best sales experience ever at Jim Click Nissan. I bought my 3rd vehicle there, a new Titan. Vanessa Pain was my sales lady all 3 times. She is the best. Talk about patient, I had this poor woman running all over the place! She took me for several test rides, and was always accommodating and pleasant throughout the whole process. I'm sure most sales people would have said " enough is enough" lol! Simply the best sales person I have ever dealt with. As long as she is with Jim Click Nissan, I will be a customer. Great job Vanessa, and the whole Jim Click team!

Easy and Enjoyable Purchase Process

I recently leased a 2015 Nissan Altima, and I couldn't be happier about the process,which was efficient and transparent. Vanessa Pain, the salesperson with whom I worked explained not only the nuanced differences between various Nissan models and trims, but also walked me through several different pricing and financing options. I had driven several other cars and visited multiple dealers prior to meeting Ms. Pain and buying a car from Jim Click Nissan. After purchasing the Altima, I called the other salespersons at Honda and Toyota dealerships who had tried to sell me a car. So good was the deal I received, they seem unable to believe it. This only confirmed, to me, that I had made the right choice.

The Fonz Experience

AMAZING I have never had someone so patient taking their time with me. I have gone to Jim Click SEVERAL times talking to Alfonso personally and each and every time I have gotten a great customer experience. I was 19 years old buying a new car with absolutely NO credit and not making that much monthly but he figured out the impossible. I ended up leaving with a BRAND NEW 2015 Nissan Sentra SV as my first car! It was a comfortable easy experience that I didn't have to fight and haggle for. I got everything I asked for and more. He would even come on his days off if I needed him to. Venessa Pain - Helms did an amazing job assisting me in getting a new car. She drove it to me because I could not leave work so I could do a test drive. She was friendly and answered all my questions in a timely manner. This is the second car I bought from her and te only reason I come back and would come back again in the future.

I have to say we really liked Alfonso. He was very helpful, friendly, & professional. I was actually dreading going in to buy a new car because I do not like the stereotypical pushy salesman attitude. But I was so relieved to see that he was not like that at all! He really made the car buying experience comfortable for me & he is ultimately the reason we will go back to Nissan for future business. Alfonso was excellent!

Ralph Gallego has been a life-saver for our family, so knowledgeable and kind. After my car accident required an emergency hunt for a new one I was unprepared for the major purchase decision. Ralph’s gentle and focused attention put me at ease and helped restore my confidence. He was the first salesperson we met with and after spending time with others during our search, we knew Ralph was the one we trusted the most. We returned to Jim Click knowing whichever car we decided on, we wanted to buy it from Ralph. So glad we did. Great guidance through the purchase paperwork and his post-purchase follow-up attention has made us feel valued. When our son was ready to purchase his vehicle we took him straight to Ralph. Now the whole family has a professional partner we can count on.

This day started out just looking for a new vehicle for a great friend/co-worker which we all at our Clinic knew she needed so desperately. My assistant had already purchased a Versa the week before and we were on the lookout. Unknown to me another co-worker was up and at Jim Click Nissan purchasing her Versa early this morning and I received a text telling me she was signing papers and if I was still looking for a vehicle for our so called friend/co-worker? I replied, "YES of course!!" but whats's the price and as she told me then I asked her to check if they had a Versa for me? When I arrived to the dealership, is when the day got better as I met "TOM MAY". Tom had everything in process and the negotiation was painless. Before I knew it, I was buying myself a car as well!! Tom and his finance team went above and beyond to make it happen. Well, let me just say that my entire staff of 4 now own a Versa plus a Mother of a co-worker loved ours and I called Tom and he made it happen!! so, just to say in less than a week we bought 5 Versa's. OH, by the way the friend/co-worker that I was supposed to be shopping for a car DID finally get her NEW Versa!! We are all very pleased with Tom May and the Team at Jim Click Nissan. They are very friendly and knowledgeable without the sales pressure tactics that give some car dealerships a bad name. You rate very high in our books and I will be buying my next vehicle at Jim Click Nissan and highly recommend my friends/family to see Tom May. Many Thanks Tom...

Impossible Became Possible

Today it was my lucky day when I met Mr. Tom May. I was very excited when he helped me to get rid of my high rate of APR and put me in the lowest one. I did not believe that someone like him could do so. Before this, I went to more than a dealer like Larry H Miller Dodge, Nissan Thoroughbred, Jim click Jeep & Chrysler, Mercedes Benz and Larry H Miller Volkswagen and even some credit unions but they all denied me. They have told me that you could not get rid of your high APR rate but Tom did it for me and made me and my family very very happy. I recommend this specific man and his co-worker as the finance manager, Mr. Rich Bettini to anybody who feels upset in getting a new car. The Jim Click Nissan of Tucson can make the impossible to possible and even more. Tom May does care a lot about his customers and he feels for them. I had a long story but I can't tell it all and takes a lot. But believe me that you're not gonna believe that how much they're awesome. They are professionals at their job.
