by Lovemytitan on 11/06/2015I just want to say I had the best sales experience ever at Jim Click Nissan. I bought my 3rd vehicle there, a new Titan. Vanessa Pain was my sales lady all 3 times. She is the best. Talk about patient, I had this poor woman running all over… the place! She took me for several test rides, and was always accommodating and pleasant throughout the whole process. I'm sure most sales people would have said " enough is enough" lol! Simply the best sales person I have ever dealt with. As long as she is with Jim Click Nissan, I will be a customer. I was actually dreading going in to buy a new car because I do not like the stereotypical pushy salesman attitude. But I was so relieved to see that he… was not like that at all! Vanessa Pain, the salesperson with whom I worked explained not only the nuanced differences between various Nissan… models and trims, but also walked me through several different pricing and financing options. I had driven several other cars and visited multiple dealers prior to meeting Ms. Pain and buying a car from Jim Click Nissan. After purchasing the Altima, I called the other salespersons at Honda and Toyota dealerships who had tried to sell me a car. So good was the deal I received, they seem unable to believe it. I have gone to Jim Click SEVERAL times talking to Alfonso personally and each and every time I have gotten a great customer experience. I was 19 years old buying a new… car with absolutely NO credit and not making that much monthly but he figured out the impossible. I ended up leaving with a BRAND NEW 2015 Nissan Sentra SV as my first car! It was a comfortable easy experience that I didn't have to fight and haggle for. I got everything I asked for and more. He would even come on his days off if I needed him to. by SmileAng on 06/11/2015This day started out just looking for a new vehicle for a great friend/co-worker which we all at our Clinic knew she needed so desperately. My assistant had already purchased a Versa the week before and we were on the lookout. Unknown to me… another co-worker was up and at Jim Click Nissan purchasing her Versa early this morning and I received a text telling me she was signing papers and if I was still looking for a vehicle for our so called friend/co-worker? I replied, "YES of course!!" but whats's the price and as she told me then I asked her to check if they had a Versa for me? When I arrived to the dealership, is when the day got better as I met "TOM MAY". Tom had everything in process and the negotiation was painless. Before I knew it, I was buying myself a car as well!! Tom and his finance team went above and beyond to make it happen. Well, let me just say that my entire staff of 4 now own a Versa plus a Mother of a co-worker loved ours and I called Tom and he made it happen!! so, just to say in less than a week we bought 5 Versa's. OH, by the way the friend/co-worker that I was supposed to be shopping for a car DID finally get her NEW Versa!! We are all very pleased with Tom May and the Team at Jim Click Nissan. They are very friendly and knowledgeable without the sales pressure tactics that give some car dealerships a bad name. by hasan3 on 05/28/2015Today it was my lucky day when I met Mr. Tom May. I was very excited when he helped me to get rid of my high rate of APR and put me in the lowest one. I did not believe that someone like him could do so. Before this, I went to more than a… dealer like Larry H Miller Dodge, Nissan Thoroughbred, Jim click Jeep & Chrysler, Mercedes Benz and Larry H Miller Volkswagen and even some credit unions but they all denied me. They have told me that you could not get rid of your high APR rate but Tom did it for me and made me and my family very very happy. I recommend this specific man and his co-worker as the finance manager, Mr. Rich Bettini to anybody who feels upset in getting a new car. The Jim Click Nissan of Tucson can make the impossible to possible and even more. Tom May does care a lot about his customers and he feels for them. I had a long story but I can't tell it all and takes a lot. But believe me that you're not gonna believe that how much they're awesome. They are professionals at their job.The Best Experience

I bought my second car from him yesterday and have nothing but good to say about him and the dealership. He is patient, explains the… process and the options available. My first purchase was difficult due to my personal credit issues. Tom worked incredibly hard to find a financing solution. Through out the process he was able to make me feel like a million bucks. What is interesting is that that car was probably the smallest sale for him in years. The result is that I am a dedicated and delighted client. I send others in to him without reserve.Easy process and great staff

I admit I didn't have the most sunny disposition when I met Vanessa Pain, my… representative, and I exuded a less than welcoming attitude. Vanessa expressed exceptional professionalism and was very sincere in helping me with the standards that I set forth at the beginning of the process. I was very surprised at how easy it was to receive feedback and at how flexible the dealership was in assisting me in purchasing the vehicle. The process, for me, took nearly an hour and a half while I had expected it to ruin my whole afternoon. I'm very glad that I was proved wrong today.BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER

Back in Aug, I showed up to Jim Click Nissan and asked Vanessa to find me a good deal before they closed and before I went… home the next day. Needless to say, that did not happen but she did not stop her customer service there. She passed my info along to Venessa who reached out to me. I informed her I would not be back until March and again the customer service did not stop there. Venessa reached out to me every month until I returned so I knew she would be my first stop when I returned. Upon my unannounced arrival she dropped everything and we started the search. After six hours, six Jim Click lots, and lots of water and laughter we found the perfect car for my son. The Ve/anessa's got together and came back with a dollar amount that was exactly what I was looking for. Again, a superb job by two amazing ladies. If you want a great car at a great deal and you want to deal with a team that is customer focused, you must see Venessa. Let her find you the right car and then let Vanessa get you the best deal. I usually buy 1-2 year old cars from private parties for 2 main reasons... 1) I don't like paying sales tax, and 2) I don't like new car dealerships. Sorry, but for me, the… experience of being at a dealership and playing the pseudo-psychological scripted negotiating game is at the top of my list for toxic ways to completely waste 5 hours of an otherwise completely fine day. So when I decided to purchase a new car (and yes, pay the sales tax), I was ONLY going to do it if I was able to come to an agreed-to fair price over the phone, prior to arriving at the dealership, and simply spend my time at the dealership signing papers. That was my goal. And that's what happened :) Edmunds Price Promise started the process, giving me a reasonable (not quite there) price online for the vehicle I wanted, but VANESSA PAIN, Internet Sales Specialist at Jim Click Nissan really made the rest happen. She was easy to talk to, very responsive, and within a few minutes we agreed on a final sales price over the phone. She verified that the exact car I wanted was on the lot, ran my credit rating for my finance rate over the phone, and sent me an email summarizing what we agreed to. I told her I would be in that evening to pick up the car, and she got her team started on the paperwork so everything would be ready when I got there. Of course, I was a bit skeptical even then, thinking that somewhere along the way I would be thrown the stereotypical dealership curveball, either with some numbers I hadn't seen, or options I didn't want, etc. But it never happened. I walked in, met with Venessa, and went through the overview of the deal which was exactly what we agreed to on the phone. Within 45 minutes I was driving away in my new Altima with her beautiful smile in my rear view mirror. So give Edmunds a try, and make sure you work with Venessa. My purchase was terrific because of her. I might buy more new cars now :)
