I could not sum up my recent purchase any simpler. The team of Venessa Pain and Vanessa Roperti did a superb job. Back in Aug, I showed up to Jim Click Nissan and asked Vanessa to find me a good deal before they closed and before I went home the next day. Needless to say, that did not happen but she did not stop her customer service there. She passed my info along to Venessa who reached out to me. I informed her I would not be back until March and again the customer service did not stop there. Venessa reached out to me every month until I returned so I knew she would be my first stop when I returned. Upon my unannounced arrival she dropped everything and we started the search. After six hours, six Jim Click lots, and lots of water and laughter we found the perfect car for my son. The Ve/anessa's got together and came back with a dollar amount that was exactly what I was looking for. Again, a superb job by two amazing ladies.
