In my life I have purchased more than twenty five new automobiles… and never has the process moved so quickly and smoothly. I never raised my voice even once which is a first with me when dealing with an auto dealer for the first time. Horrible
by Horrible on 03/22/2024Had a tough experience but worked a deal after several days. Interesting strategy by salesperson, trying to guilt you into buying a vehicle as terms are changing. Still purchased vehicle as that is the car wife wanted and not going to… penalize her because of shady and crappy team you have their. Was even called a liar by the salesperson. Great sale rep, terrible finance Mgr

Obviously the finance manager was only interested in selling paint protection, additional… insurance and other non-essensial add ons. I have recommended Marcus to a friend, he has the ability to listen, to be patient, and find you what you want. The segmented sales and finance portions were like night and day. I returned the vehicle
by big daddy on 02/03/2024I purchased a 2016 Dodge Durango on a Saturday on Monday the parking light on the right side wasnt working. We took the vehicle back in they fixed it. On Wesnesday the motor check engine came on and I returned the vehicle under the 250… mile guarantee- at first they did not want to takr it back- saying I had surpassed the mile limit after checking the photo taking of the odometer I had not surpassed the mileage- either the salesman or finance manager falsified the mileage on this vehicle. Excellent Workspace

I told him exactly what car I'm looking for and he showed me what I liked, he did not try to coax me to a different vehicle and was honest about how Honda features are… better then the Accord features. He opened the door for us to look into the interior and once he saw I was hooked, he allowed me to test drive. He did ask if I wanted to test drive the accord but I said no because I like the Honda Civic and he respected my wishes. He got our estimate and my credit to finance done quick and moved us into the finance department to finish up the process. He also asked if I needed help in connecting my phone to the car which is super nice because most dealerships don't do that. In the finance department Samuel Kentowski was amazing, he answered all my questions, got the process done smooth and steady. He made side conversation with me and my aunt to make us feel comfortable and at home. He got me the best apr percentage out there by looking at different credit unions. Overall 10/10 in communication, service, and respect for both Pedro Lazaro and Samuel Kentowski.Hello Mariah, it means so much to us that you chose our dealership!
