    Overall when ok, when I go back in my car I noticed my key was taken out of my key fob and wasn’t made aware of it

    I had scheduled an oil change and checkup for my two-year-old Honda Accord with very low mileage (6600 miles). The agent, Ariana, was very courteous and efficient. She told me how long the procedure would take and let me know when the vehicle was ready. There were no surprises and everything went smoothly.

    I have had multiple service visits already for a 2023 model vehicle for mostly small issues and routine service. Did the most part all of the service staff have been nice. However their communication is not consistent and as a result I have had to book multiple appointments for the same issue which is a huge waste of my time.

    I was greeted by name when I arrived at the service bay. The employee stated my reason for the appointment for me to confirm. My repair took about 2 1/2 hours to complete, which was as described when I called the day prior. My only complaints were that the employee told me on arrival that he thought it would be done in 1 1/2 hours, and that no shuttle service was available for people living more than 5 miles from the business.

  • Took my car in for non cold ac

    After honda extended the recall on the ac I decided to bring the car in to have the ac looked at. While they had my car, they also notified me my s belt on the engine was cracking and decided to replace them as a preventative measure. After getting my car back the car ac was ice cold again! Thank to that person in charge of taking care of my car.
